September is here and the Slenderistas (and TV) have their game face on.

Golden days will be in abundance as we aim to shift 7 Lindas in September

Don't know about anyone else, but I find I'm more hungry in the few days leading up to my period.......then afterwards my appetite decreases. Might try to reduce my daily calories post period!

Bit, I was wondering the same, do you manage eating out/drinking socially on your daily intake?

NikiBabe · 13/09/2017 17:12

Don't know about anyone else, but I find I'm more hungry in the few days leading up to my period......

Totally me too. I have been eating like a p9ig lately and it's leading up to that..

BitOutOfPractice · 13/09/2017 19:41

Yes I do. When I'm really in it I don't drink in the week and tend to come in around 1050 calsca day. At weekends I'll eat carefully to allow for booze.

Today so far I'm coming in at 953. That's for a cooked breakfast, salad based lunch, afternoon snack (chocolate!) and curry for tea.

Pumpkin look up James smith the PT and his take on the women's cycle and the effect it has on our weight, training etc etc

I think I am just gliding trying everything in moderation- if I cut anything out it just makes me want it more.

I don't tend to drink in the week and then one or two drinks at a weekend - unless I am celebrating 😉

My downfall is chocolate and sweets.

A typical day for me at the moment is

Banana and nut pouch

Salad base lunch, yog or fruit

Pm snack perhaps fruit

Dinner varies but all with a healthy serving of veg/salad. Tonight was steak, roasted sweet pot, broc, cauli and mange tout.

All good.

Then I had half a brandy snap, half a bounty and realised I had 1.5 biscuits at work. So not really a good day!

I've done 12k steps and boxing at 6am this morning with a round of circuits at the end.

QuimReaper · 13/09/2017 21:43

That's amazing BOOP, under 1000 with chocolate in there!

It made me laugh when you said Hairsprey was being "unfair" to milk, like it might be personally affronted Grin

QuimReaper · 13/09/2017 21:43

Ooh, Hairsprey. Sounds like a bird.

QuimReaper · 13/09/2017 21:46

pumpkin I think I missed your debut post - welcome aboard Smile

BitOutOfPractice · 13/09/2017 22:07

Ended up on 1122. I've just eaten an aero mousse with raspberries and creme fraiche. It was fab.

I've done a spin class today, plus some weights and 10k steps. So I'm counting that as golden.

OP posts:
QuimReaper · 13/09/2017 22:39

That is decidedly golden!

KikisDeliveryService · 14/09/2017 08:10

Yesterday wasn't exactly golden for me but also not bad, so a solid 'good' I've decided. I tried out a new class last night but it was a bit too introductory for me to have my appetite completely quashed unfortunately! But considering I watched Bake Off bread week and didn't stuff my face with buttered tea cakes I'm going to consider that a victory of sorts Grin

HairsprayBabe · 14/09/2017 08:11

10.3

Lowest recorded weight since the night of my A-level results.

Finally a full 5st off....

I am gobsmacked thought I would be stuck at 10.6 forever at one point last week! -3lbs for the month so far!

HappyGowerGirl · 14/09/2017 08:41

Wow Hairspray!!!! That's an amazing milestone, congrats!!!

TVHubbyClaire · 14/09/2017 08:47

wow...well done hairspray thats fab and perfect timing for weekend away Smile I can't help with your questi, is he likely to do something more adventurous than weekend at spa hotel

Got my 10k steps in yesterday and was walking along yarmouth sea front at 6.30 this morning so am almost at 4k for today. its started to rain but will hopefully be dry for another walk after work.

Had poached eggs and muesli breakfast so hopefully that will be enough food for the rest of the day Hmm

Hotel room has no scales so no weigh ins for 2 days ...feels strange, is that sad?Blush

thismeansnothing · 14/09/2017 09:17

Wow hairspray that's a fantastic achievement 👏🏻👊🏻

Finished on just over 1500kcals yday. DH made an amazing Thai green curry but there seems to be some coconut milk crisis in the nw. He couldn't find any low fat ones so that probs added an extra 100kcal to the portion but it tasted so good it was worth it and he packed it out with loads of veg. Got over 12798 steps in with a run, walked the school pick up and taught a circuits class. More of the same today

QuimReaper · 14/09/2017 09:51

Wow Hairsrpray that's terrific! 5 stone, amazing!

And well done you TV getting those steps in! Are you sure there are no scales in the hotel room? Sometimes they're hidden in a cupboard. Not sad at all to have developed a scale addiction though, you're definitely One of Us Grin

NikiBabe · 14/09/2017 10:29

So hot pt told me he has a date on Saturday. So he's not interested. At all.

Im am debating now whether or not to go to his class that starts in 1 minute.

HairsprayBabe · 14/09/2017 10:32

Unless he was trying to make you a bit jealous to see if you were keen?

BitOutOfPractice · 14/09/2017 10:44

That's a brilliant achievement hairspray StarStarStarStarStar

Well if he wanted a reaction hairspray he got one. I looked at the floor the whole class and he kept asking if I was ok.

He was very dismissive in the session he told me to book before class and only spent a few minutes whereas he takes ages with others.

NikiBabe · 14/09/2017 11:33

Leaves me no choice but to pile into Tesco for the pic n mix.

HairsprayBabe · 14/09/2017 11:38

Noooo Niki don't eat your feelings! Go do something else you enjoy instead, a nice coffee out or treat yourself to a face mask or something Smile

Where are you based Niki?

NikiBabe · 14/09/2017 11:54

The sweaty betty pants i bought in the summer and never wore...they fitted at the time and too baggy now.

So i have leeway for food.

I am based on outskirts of London hairspray.

Ooh congrats on your linda loss!

HairsprayBabe · 14/09/2017 12:08

Nice NSV Niki! I am blessed in the arse department so I tend to be one size up on my bum to my bust, and sometimes 2 sizes up from my waist, clothes area PITA!

Thank you all btw, I feel the end of this road is the trickiest part and I was starting to think that this might be the end, but I felt this way at 11.4 and managed to power through eventually!

Onwards and downwards all I feel 9 and a half (about 10 lbs) will be a good end point for me, but then I have to focus on maintaining, and that gives me some fear!

KikisDeliveryService · 14/09/2017 12:22

Whoop! AMAZING SLENDERIZING Hairspray
