With 15 weeks untill the beginning of December I'm aiming to lose 1 pound a week. First weigh in tomorrow - anyone want to join me?

I'd suggest everytime someone wants to update the list, that they copy and paste the previous list if possible and make the changes themselves? That would save Notta doing it every time. Obv might not be possible if you are using a mobile phone or similar to update though.

My current go to quick meal is from Aldi, they sell bags of frozen sweet potato coconut spinach mix that you can cook in the microwave and they also sell frozen fish fillets that cook from frozen in the oven in 20 mins. No effort at all.

They also do a frozen spring veg with barley mix which is also really nice. It's about 250 car for 115g of the mix with a tuna or smoked haddock filler on top.

Yeah the first 4 days. Im guessing it was a lotta fluid as i drank loads and took green tea capsules. Cheat meal tonight thoughGrin

Ok-ish day today. Came in under calorie goal, but not by much. Busy and stressful day at work and train issues on both journeys led to a lapse and a glass of wine tonight Blush. Will try to skip my usual Friday glass tomorrow to make up for it.

Morning, I would like to join please. I don't have much to lose, just half a stone but I would like to start eating healthy and change my habits. I have a massive sweet tooth and an awful snacking habit.

I am in my early forties and it's no lie that the weight just sneaks on and is a bugger to get off.

I have just done a 7 minute work out in you tube so the day has started well.

Two days of eating 3 meals/no seconds, no snacking, no 'sweet' (pudding), plus one fast day = 4 and a half lbs down. Thank god, something is moving!

Ha ha Dosey I just read that last sentence wrong and thought it said you had done a 7min workout on the tube- that would be an interesting one!

I had a bad day yesterday as when I weighed in the morning I had lost a pound (great!) but then compensated for it by losing all willpower and eating cake, biscuits and loads of pizza :( So going to make an effort today to make sure that pound stays off.

Missed the bin lorry :( so have 2 bags of rubbish that can't wait another 2 weeks to go out, so will make a trip to the tip then go on a nice walk somewhere nearby to burn calories.

Notta don't be disheartened- I weigh every day as I know how much it can vary from day to day (over 3lb!) and I find that sometimes when your weight seems to be sticking at the same point for ages then it suddenly plummets overnight! Don't give up, if you are eating less than your body needs then you will be losing weight, just takrs a while sometimes to show on the scales. Think of something you can treat yourself with when you've lost a bit more and that will help keep you motivated.

Hello All !! ignore the rubbish I said about salmon and steam veg (140 calories) being a yummy and filling lunch ... I had clearly lost my mind. Trust me after my 7k morning run, a banana and a boiled egg for breakfast. I had the same today and have been f**cking starving today. Seriously considered eating my note pad !!! Not fun

Weigh in this morning at my SW group. Lost 3.5 lbs which I'm really happy with. Now 9 st 13 lbs - first time I've broken into the 9 stones for a very long time. Lovely feeling. Hope everyone else is having a good week too. I'm on holiday now for a week so will weigh in again 15/9 🙌🏻👍🏻

I failed so badly today, my 'lunch' was 13 chicken nuggets in McDonald's 😳😳😳 I won't be eating dinner today! I'm not sure what came over me tbh.

Oh well, tomorrow's a new day!

I've done the worst thing ever (in food terms, not as in committing murder etc). Went to Byron burger for lunch. Ate burger & courgette fries. I always intended to do it, was a reward for DD and been planned for weeks, but I haven't run since Tuesday and went over cals yesterday. I also have the heaviest period ever which is making sticking to plan harder. Anyway, as I weighed in Monday this week I'll do that again and hope that over the weekend I can make up for the badness.

Good work to those who haven't fallen off the wagon, I saw the first xmas bits in shops today which reminded me of our target!

I comfort ate a scone this afternoon after a particular stressful morning. It was so goooood and I actually don't feel too guilty as I've been doing so well for so long. Could've been a lot worse!

yup Titsalina I had Macdonalds Burger Weds and Taco Bell last night I feel so bloated! I did have melon as a side instead of chips! Also on a really heavy period. The thing is I didn't even want them.was just going along with everyone else on school holiday treats...now I'm having carrot soup for dinner when.i could be having lovely Feta pastries and olives and cous cous.....

Yesterday was a good day, I took note of pfrench's post and only ate three meals and no snacking. I am down 1lb this morning. I am not sure how today will go, we are going out for Italian food tonight. I will try to keep focused.

Morning all! It's a beautiful day here, so I might even venture out for a walk later! Just weighed in at 157. Did it twice to make sure I wasn't cheatingWink I assume all the running around in work and the no snacking has helped. I also find not having a sneaky G&T of an evening has also helped. I hurt my back (bending over to scrub my kitchen binBlush) so no 30DS this week.
