Macaroon NT cream teas sound amazing - whereabouts are you going? I used to live in Suffolk and East Anglia, lovely part of the country. I am still reading the website, it's making lots of sense. I actually went low carb/high fat as a permanent lifestyle change, three years ago now, partly in an attempt to help combat emotional eating and my inability to stop two full-size pizzas in one sitting weren't unusual
. It really helped, and reset my brain re my eating. It's not for everyone I know but I found it really easy (although it needs forward planning).
