Wow, well done TV - 1.75 Lindas in 24hrs is what I'd call a "whoosh"! You'll be at 12.6 in no time if you stick at it!
I'm on Day 3 of my 11-day Golden Sprint. I'm planning to weigh in on Friday, and then probably break with tradition and weigh in every couple of days to get me through the final week. I really hope I can get my January Weight back at least, that'd be about 2 kilos off. 3.5 kilos would get me back to Lowest Weight Ever, but I do suspect that might be a bit optimistic.
I've just had a serious look at What Went Wrong at the end of May by comparing my weighing slips with my calendar. I gained 3 Lindas in 22 days between late May and mid-June, and in that period I had 14 "bad" days
That is, I was out for dinner / had people over / etc., all of which would've involved mega drinking and eating. Given that my normal loss or maintenance ratio is 4:3, no wonder I gained, that's something like 65% Bad Days.
Still, a bit demoralising that I'd gain a pound a week at that rate, since I'm pretty sure I was still managing two Fast Days a week. Goes to show that for me, the whole "eat what you like on the other 5 days" thing just isn't true. I used to socialise at least 65% of my evenings and I was skinny as a rat
