It was May koko, w/c 22nd. It was the only time I've seen a proper loss since my holiday so I'm sure you'll do brilliantly!
Soapy frittata is my go-to! I chop the whole chiller drawer and toss it in a skillet, then put it in a pie dish, cover it in grated cheese, sprinkle feta (obviously optional), then pour whisked eggs over it and bung it in the oven. I guess you could just use those egg whites you get in cartons if you wanted. It's very low-cal and healthy and generally keeps travels well for lunches. I usually make one a week to use up the veg which is looking a bit sad.
BOOP the biscuits definitely don't count

TV great that you're almost back at target - keep at it, a fast day should kick that 3/4 of a Linda into touch! How much have you lost now? And I've said this before, but remember when you first joined us and said you thought 12 7 might not be achievable? Look at you now! What diet's the wife following? Sounds very effective. Although as pony says the weight can drop off much more quickly when you're starting out, and she probably hasn't got The Fatigue yet...
