PMSL at I want to fuck Sam ! Grin

Squiffy01 · 07/06/2017 07:09

Finding it so hard to keep up with the thread at the moment so please some think I'm rude, work is just crazy at the moment so don't get a chance to sit down and look at what people have said and reply.

Had another nibbley day yesterday Angry two biscuits and a mini kitkat. My mind seems to be back in the game though.
Loving our Fitbit challenge got drenched twice yesterday trying to get some extra in! Nice and sunny here today thank goodness.

leesmum · 07/06/2017 07:18

Morning, looks like it might stay dry today, thank God!!
I still have one Ds off school but he's at Grandma's today while I'm at work. I find that when the kids are off and at home I'm constantly picking Sad

Shakespearesglobe · 07/06/2017 07:43

Raspberries and toast for breakfast (not together!) have increased my Fitbit goal to 20,000 steps. This could be over ambitious!!!!

kaytee87 · 07/06/2017 07:51

hairspray you look fab!

niki being at home on mat leave a bit of gossip about a hot PT is exactly what I need! I get no gossip these days 😭

Weighed myself this morning and down to 11st9 so that's 11lbs in the last 3 and a half months since I began checking. Quite slow progress but I am pleased with myself.

My 30th birthday party is in 7 weeks and I have bought this dress which is surprisingly flattering but would look even better if I was a bit slimmer. I will have to sew up the front a little as I have 32GGs and would take someone's eye out!

Oh I forgot.... today

B: porridge made with SS & honey
L: ham & cheese sandwich
D: ghormeh sabzi
S: Apple / strawberries

HairsprayBabe · 07/06/2017 08:16

Welcome to the thread Primal I have done bsd so low carb plus low cals.

Thanks for the compliments everyone Blush I am very glad I kept the dress!

10.10 for me this morning, so chipping away at that weekend gain, still +4lbs from the first currently though! No foodie plans for this weekend so hoping for a 10.single figure start on Monday.

TVHubbyClaire · 07/06/2017 08:22

Fabulous dress and look hairspray Smile

I fell foul to a few of the M&Ms unfortunately but more damage than that has been done. Sunday chinese, a bottle of Rose wine and no walking at all for last 2 days mean't this morning's weigh in was 12st 10lbs Sad

I thought I was heading downwards not back up.......I am now 5 Lindas away from my 1st July Lake District targetSad I need some discipline back

BitOutOfPractice · 07/06/2017 08:31

I think that's a weekend blip and it'll quick on quick off TV. You just need to have a golden week

OP posts:
TVHubbyClaire · 07/06/2017 08:44

I sure do boop, thankfully this weekend should not be too bad
If it would stop raining and blowing a gale here I would actually get out and do some steps

Bluepetal1 · 07/06/2017 09:20

Hairspray you are very motivating and I love the dress . I have a tracker and I vary from 5k steps to 15000 steps , yesterday was 7k. Today I will do a workout all going well . Ok food was good yesterday .
I have my weigh in tonight . I missed last week as I fell off the wagon . I am assuming I will be up but I need to just bite the bullet .
I weighed in here yesterday at 196 lbs so 14 stone Sad

I think I will post my weight from class here so and then go from that each week going forward . Feel fat frumpy and nearly 50 so need to sort soon .

FreeNiki · 07/06/2017 09:52

I seem to be stuck at 10.5 to 10.6. I was 11.4 in mid January but dont want progress to halt.

Glad everyone found my song funny: I am so bad!

kaytee87 I hope I will have some juicy gossip soon about hot PT.

QuimReaper · 07/06/2017 10:01

TV as BOOP says that's fixable if you're straight back on that wagon! We tend to find chugging a lot of water is helpful for kickstarting a gain-of-excess, do you drink enough?

Hairspray Shock That's the sound of my jaw hitting the ground. You look FANTASTIC!

Prima welcome aboard, we'll sort you out! Just remember, if the wagon rolls away from you, don't hide from us - we've all done it and we'll welcome you back with open arms.

Petal posting your weight can be a very helpful motivator, as it sort of makes you feel "accountable" - not that you need to justify yourselves to us of course, but somehow having it out there makes you feel like you're not just floating.

TVHubbyClaire · 07/06/2017 10:17

I probably drink about 750ml of water in the morning then around 400 ml at lunchtime and about thes ame with dinner. if i am at gym...ha ha or playing badminton I obviously drink another 750ml bottle

On top of that I have about 2 coffees and three teas a day

TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 07/06/2017 10:19

Hello!

Quim, good tip about water - I keep forgetting to drink enough!

TV, not to worry, I'm sure it will be quickly off again.

Hairspray, you look amazing! Envy

3 lbs of bloat off overnight, thank goodness! Still 2lbs up on my lowest weight but that's much much better than 5! Exercise not really happening at the moment bar walking to work - got drenched yesterday. I worked out that if I lose 5lbs a month for the next 4 months I will be a svelte 9 stone for my October holiday. Need to focus!

WalkersNotLays · 07/06/2017 11:12

Hairspray you look fab!

I've found a bootcamp nearby and I'm absolutely shitting myself to join. I'm at my desk working up the courage to email the trainer and ask for times and datesBlush

Bluepetal1 · 07/06/2017 12:52

Cheddar what a fantastic way to look at it . I would be happy with 5lb a month .

BitOutOfPractice · 07/06/2017 13:31

I definitely don't drink enough water. Perhaps that should be my new resolution

OP posts:
TVHubbyClaire · 07/06/2017 14:02

We should start flooding ourselves Grin ...may well take the edge off the appetite

Does tea and coffee count?

Is the recommended amount of water about 2L a day for good living?......I'm sure I heard or read that somewhere.......... or maybe that was wine.....Confused

BitOutOfPractice · 07/06/2017 14:04

Ah if only it were wine. 2l is the figure I have in my head but no idea if that's based on anything other than my vague musings

OP posts:
WalkersNotLays · 07/06/2017 14:07

I've been drinking 1.5L on average for the past few weeks. I find that when the cravings are really strong, flavoured/fizzy water is nice (fizzy lemon water almost tastes like a sprite!)

And another plus: all the loo runs will ramp up your step count Grin

Squiffy01 · 07/06/2017 14:16

Upping the water has definitely helped me! I got a drink bottle of Amazon (put a picture up awhile back) and it breaks it up into sections drink this much 8am 9am etc. Which helped me cause I wouldn't drink anything the entire day then realise I hadn't then ty and drink glasses and glasses and feel a bit ill.

WalkersNotLays · 07/06/2017 15:34

Ooh I've just re-found the perfect snack for when those biscuit/chocolate cravings are bad - Mikado sticks.

I usually have a few and try and ration them throughout the week

BitOutOfPractice · 07/06/2017 15:44

Walkers I have those - the Daim ones. 11 calories each!

kaytee87 that dress is very lovely. I bet you will look fab-u-lous

I just went to the supermarket and found a very posh langoustine and avocado and prawn mouse type pot thing for starter tonight. I'm trying to have 2-3 pescatarian days a week at the moment so that's a bonus. I'm not a massive fan of fish and seafood (I'm from the West Mislands. We don't do fish there!) I shall be following up with a home-made veggie pasty.

OP posts:
HairsprayBabe · 07/06/2017 15:49

Same Boop West-mids born and bread and I barely like fish from the chip shop!

Tuna sandwiches are good though Grin

worst veggie in the world
