BOOP You certainly should and at least once a month after that. Sounds like a fabulous weekend you had...good for you Smile

I weighed in at 12st 9 today. Target loss for the week is 3 Lindas but realistically I'd be ok with 2 and avoiding an increase is the absolute minimum I need to do.

Going to Lake District in 10 days and would love to be below 12st 7 for that.

Not having a single fattening dessert all week will be my main tatic along with walks and two badminton sessions.....Hmm

WalkersNotLays · 19/06/2017 10:58

Ugh had a terrible week, stuffed myself silly with stupid crap.

Have measured out my meals today and have resisted some chocolates that were bought into work today.

My new FitBit strap arrived today so sign me up if/when there is another challenge!

FreeNiki · 19/06/2017 11:52

I had forgotten I had entered my hip and waist measurements into mfp when I started.

I remeasured and have lost 2 inches off my waist and 3.5 off my hips. Not bad at all.

Maybe we should look at measurements more too.

That is much more reliable indicator than a fluctuation on the scale of a pound or two.

HairsprayBabe · 19/06/2017 12:30

Excellent work Niki Shrinking measurements are proof of loss, and if you can see you are dropping inches then you must look so much smaller too! How do your clothes feel?

Next weekend we have a charity quiz in the evening on Saturday and nothing planned on Sunday, I am not working Friday though so need to avoid the nibble when I am home alone!

Really irritated I can't seem to get a hold of myself on the weekend atm...

BitOutOfPractice · 19/06/2017 12:34

Bloody hellfire I have just weighed myself Shock

Hairspray alot of my clothes that fitted are very loose. The clothe I stopped wearing from a long time ago now fit.

Also my face and shoulders and arms look smaller too.

God I wish I could share photos. I feel like we need a facebook group or something.

FreeNiki · 19/06/2017 14:06

BOOP What? Tell us?

BitOutOfPractice · 19/06/2017 15:18

There is damage Niki severe damage. A whole week of birthday celebrations have taken has taken its toll on the scales

Chardonnay73 · 19/06/2017 17:06

Oooh you are brave Boop, I'm too scared to weigh Blush
It was a fabulous party, Boop looked amazing, and we do have some lovely pics of us just looking utterly fabulous darlings 😜
I drank properly for the first time in 3 months Smile
And got fairly arseholed Wink
Her friends and family are so lovely, it really couldn't have gone any better Grin
I am trying to be good this week as off for our wedding anniversary weekend on Friday, a 7 and a 9 course taster menu awaits me!!
Really struggling to lose this last half stone with being restricted in movement, I must get a grip after this weekend.....

FreeNiki · 19/06/2017 17:34

I tried something on in m&s. Inch losses or not i have a huge arse and dumpy thighs plastered in cellulite.

I noticed i lost 11lbs by end march. Put on a couple lost a couple and am the same weight now.

So technically no losses since march. Sad

lastqueenofscotland · 19/06/2017 17:49

Some arsehole at work had done a homemade gu millionaire cheesecake which I had a bit more of than was strictly necessary but otherwise been pretty good got a holiday looming over me now!!

Softpebbles · 19/06/2017 19:39

So have been panicked as period late.

Panic now over. Last week was a bit of a right off with one thing and another.

Chilli rice and salad for tea. Strawberries, raspberries, meringue and one small spoon of ice cream for pudding.

Could of been worse I suppose but not exactly good! X

BeyondOfbob · 19/06/2017 20:54

Hi all, just checking in. I'm off piste at the mo, need to do some decent shopping (very little in the way of vegetables) before I can come back with tail between my legs. Will be back in the swing by the end of the week hopefully :)

Squiffy01 · 19/06/2017 21:05

Haven't read back just wanted to check in with you all. Hope you are all doing well.
I am well and truely off the wagon on holiday. It is just so hard not to eat everything and not choosing something full of calories when eating out cause it isn't what I normally have now.
Will try and peg it back a bit.

Softpebbles · 19/06/2017 22:11

That looks amazing squiffy. Enjoy your holiday. X

QuimReaper · 19/06/2017 22:52

Chard how wonderful to hear from you, and such a lovely update! So glad you're back on your feet, you brave old thing.

Squiff how on earth can you worry about a silly thing like your weight in that glorious setting? For heavens sake enjoy it and get back on the wagon when your back in boringsville!

FreeNiki · 20/06/2017 02:06

Where is that squiffy? Looks amaze balls!

Stellar67 · 20/06/2017 06:40

Squiff that looks beautiful. Hope you are having a lovely time. We don't think about what we eat on holiday Smile

Glad you had a lovely birthday BOOP. And lovely to hear from you Chard.

Paws it's a blip, fingers crossed it's gone soonest.

I haven't got much to report. I would like to lose a lot for holidays soon. But I have no will power.

HairsprayBabe · 20/06/2017 07:45

Morning all, it looks beautiful there Squiff I am vair jealous!

10.8 for me today so the bloat is fading slowly, and I may see an actual loss this weekend!

Going out for dinner tonight for DP's grandma's birthday, but I have pre selected my dinner, and I don't drink in the week any way, just have to avoid birthday cake!

Am fasting until tea time, just herbal tea, black coffee, water and possibly broth if I am craving savoury-ness.

QuimReaper · 20/06/2017 09:17

Hairspray I'm fasting all day too.

Is there no FitBit challenge this week...?

HairsprayBabe · 20/06/2017 09:28

I like the term fasting, makes me sound V. virtuous I think Grin

Just found out I have secured an interview for a promotion eek!

Chardonnay73 · 20/06/2017 10:05

I sts!!! Despite the weekends excesses! Fasting and sushi for dinner tonight (12 WW points - out of my daily 30) Trying to minimise this coming weekends damage Hmm

Chardonnay73 · 20/06/2017 10:06

Oh and a NSV - back in size 14 clothes - I was 18/20 Shock
