Tv that a great chip down! I'd notnshake a stick at that

TVHubbyClaire · 15/06/2017 13:02

Thank you Lasty i must say I am quite pleased

getting to below 12st is another matter and I guess it's actually 11lbs I need to lose to get to the highest end of healthy weight.

If I got to 11st 11 then all my bottom half clothes would have to go....Smile,

so far it's mostly tops and shirts I can't wear which obviously is quite a nice feeling but just a little frustrating too

I will keep my targets short term and the first is 12st 6, hopefully this month but definitely before summer hols in August.

QuimReaper · 15/06/2017 19:08

Welcome back Howlong, I remember you! Smile

koko how you getting on with the shakes etc.? I've never tried it myself but I'm certainly not against it to get you moving. Those kinds of things can be great for resetting cravings etc.

Niki I think fasting / restricting is fine as long as you're structured about it. The problem is when people fast for a few weeks to get into a new dress or whatever and then get straight back into unhealthy eating habits. Hairspray did the BSD for a long time (I forget how long - 6 weeks?) and had great results. I don't think anybody's saying a pizza can cause a 2lb gain, I'm guessing it just took Hairspray out of ketosis and stalled her loss for the week.

QuimReaper · 15/06/2017 19:11

I've had a medium week - a pretty good day on Mon, a terrible on on Tues as I had a friend over for dinner, a pretty good one today and a smashing fast day today! Steps haven't been great so I'm digging out the hoop again (how many times have I said that on this thread?) in hopes of a good weigh-in tomorrow.

I'm so impressed with anyone who manages to exercise in this heat!

QuimReaper · 15/06/2017 19:12

Also have had three kale smoothies this week so feeling very virtuous Halo

Softpebbles · 15/06/2017 21:20

What. A. Day.

Emotional eating is somehing I definitely do!

lastqueenofscotland · 15/06/2017 21:22

Nailed a golden day today Grin

lastqueenofscotland · 15/06/2017 22:25

Soft I have discovered/realised recently I am a real stress eater. If I'm feeling overwhelmed at work I placate myself with food. Which sounds really tragic when I word it like that!

FreeNiki · 15/06/2017 23:02

Me too softpebbles. I reach for the sweet foods when I feel down.

Down one pound so that's 5 since Monday (I know it wasn't a real 5 pounds...)
Good to know I can do it if I concentrate!
At work this weekend so should be pretty golden

Howlongtillbedtime · 16/06/2017 07:35

Hi Quim Smile looks like you are still doing a grand job.
I had a pretty good day yesterday so now I just have to repeat that again today and for the next .............. Sounds easy right ?

Am hoping to get to the gym today , that seems to make the biggest difference to me . It seems to stop the cravings for rubbish for a while too which helps.

TVHubbyClaire · 16/06/2017 08:00

Happy Birthday BOOP - hope you have a fabulous weekend Cake

I'm going to try and eat very little today and having fish tonight.

I am back up 2 lbs from yesterday which I think was my big stir fry dinner and a "small" ice cream and orange profiterole dessertBlush

HairsprayBabe · 16/06/2017 08:27

Quim you are wise, I think that is probably the case. Never managed a full 8 weeks on BSD my social life is too busy, so I tend to have several weeks 4-6 then a huge blow out weekend where everything is ruined Grin plus I am much more relaxed on normal weekends anyway!
I have birthday party on Saturday, and a BBQ for fathers day on Sunday, hoping for no gain this weekend, but we will see.

Will be golden till I go to the party on Saturday and not drink much, then Sunday will also be good, can easily avoid carbs at a barbie as long as MIL isn't pushing bread on me!

10.7 so holding out for another golden day today and should be back at sq1 for the month tomorrow!

I feel I may be getting a little pre AF bloat, think is due next week, but I am appalling at keeping track of it tbh Grin

Happy Birthday BOOP have a totally amazing day and indulge to your hearts content!

Hope you are ok Pebbles Flowers

Excellent work on the losses and golden days there lasty

Watching the shakes diet with interest KOKO

TV I will come round and smack the back of your legs! Stop having pudding!

HairsprayBabe · 16/06/2017 08:31

And YY to Howlong if I go for a run in the evening I basically lose my appetite, so being good is much much easier!

Happy birthday BOOP!

Hope you have a lovely one.

Managed another solid day today. Did have some office snacks but didn't succumb to stressed bingeing... but otherwise all good and weekend will be good as I'm at work. Sad
