quim I survived with no breakfast and it wasnt too bad at all, had a couple of strawberries this morning and that was it.

I even managed a game of badminton at 12 before I had fruit , soup and yogurt for lunch. Fingers crossed for more days like today.

Thank you all for making it such a fab first two weeks on this great thread!!

BitOutOfPractice · 31/01/2017 19:28

We have all managed to end the month in focused mode it seems. That's so brilliant!

Cor bimey Claire that's nailing it if ever I saw it! Definitely better than a bagel! How did you survive the afternoon hunger-wise?

teaping well done you, that sounds very golden indeed Star The damage was really minimal, I think a golden day'll sort you right out.

Who's starting Feb's fred?

QuimReaper · 31/01/2017 19:49

Beyond within calorie limits, anything goes in my opinion Grin

I've done my swim, and it felt like a good'un. Not so good on the steps, still under 10k but only by a few so I'll manage it by bedtime. Food was good and I'll weigh in tomorrow, even though I'm not too hopeful...

KikisDeliveryService · 31/01/2017 19:57

claire I think the fear of hunger is worse than actual hunger! I've been intermittent fasting on and off for a couple of years and I still get the fear when I haven't done it for a while! And it's always ok.

Couldn't agree more Kiki - it's amazing how long you can go / how little you can eat without getting hungry once you're used to it.

koko is this packed / on the go lunches?

Koko I make an extra portion of dinner? If that would work for you? I think it make life easier

I don't know about that KOKO sorry. I eat a lot of soup at lunchtime, about 50% home made, the rest tins or fresh shop-bought

OP posts:
QuimReaper · 31/01/2017 22:22

koko I don't know much about what's BSD friendly but I must say I usually lame out and get a carton or tin, just because I know exactly how many calories are in it. There are some lovely ones out there - the Yorkshire Provender roast chicken soup is gorgeous, and I've just now finished a bowl of Covent Garden's chicken & veg.

I only ate half the portion even though I reeeeeeally wanted the whole lot Grin

BitOutOfPractice · 31/01/2017 22:33

I went for classic Heinz cream of tomato for lunch. I doubt very much if it's BSD-friendly though

Not so golden today. 28k steps but dos got to pizza express for dinner, which was planned and got one of those ones with salad in the middle so you don't get as much actual pizza.
Planning for a fabulously golden day tomorrow.
AF in town and early, I really want to blame that on my awful loss yesterday but not sure I can Confused

Archduke · 01/02/2017 03:10

Just back from W1R2 of C210K - although I had to walk a few times it was GREAT!

Now got the afternoon to apply for jobs and not get distracted pissing about on Mumsnet and FB etc.

Oh and I squeezed into a size 10 skirt for an interview this morning, I thought the zip my break and the whole thing ping off whenever I bent over but HURRAH! I reckon if I lose another 7lb it will be comfortable. Grin

Archduke · 01/02/2017 03:12

Squiffy I so miss Pizza Express. They haven't reached our shores yet and I used to love there pizzas. Here it's either crappy Dominos or the equivalent Bubba's or expensive (and delicious) gourmet pizza restaurants. Nothing quite like Pizza Express.

BitOutOfPractice · 01/02/2017 05:29

Good morning everyone. I've taken the liberty of starting a new thread for February.

here's the link

BitOutOfPractice · 01/02/2017 05:31

Archie a 10 is fab!

And well done on cracking on with c210k. When I finished c25k I decided, for the sale of my poor creaky knees, to concentrate on getting faster at 5k. But I miss longer runs. Such a sense of achievement. So well done.

Morning all

Had my final weigh in...and I've put on a pound....so it's a 7lbs loss for Jan. I know that's what I was aiming for, but I'm really really disappointed!Sad

BitOutOfPractice · 01/02/2017 06:49

Oh no pink that's a pain if you were hoping for more.

There's a new thread btw

BeyondCanSeeTheEmperorsBellend · 01/02/2017 09:14

So I put on a bit and lost a bit and put on a bit and lost a bit and now I'm end Jan on +2lbs. Could be worse! Now for a whole stone in Feb to compensate....
