I was never going to be a skinny but post menopause, nearly 11 stone. I am small in height and build.

At least a stone.

I've lost 5 stone 11 pounds so far. I'm 5'7" and quite a large build, but still I had gone to 18 stone and was morbidly obese. I want to get down to at least 11 stone 6 pounds - the max healthy weight for my height.

As for my system, I didn't set out to follow any particular diet, but I've since found out that what I've been doing is a bit like the 'No S Diet' with added portion control to help me get my weight down a bit more quickly (it has averaged at around 2 to 2.5 pounds a week). In addition, I've been doing strengthening exercises three times a week and going for a brisk half hour walk on other days.

I'm just heading into menopause and one of he reasons for loosing the weight was to get myself in better shape while I still have the energy and motivation.

40 weeks after I started, I have lost 43 kilograms (94.8 pounds, 6.75 stone) and I'm no longer overweight! Now for the long task of keeping myself at a healthy weight...

My name is Wahbaee. I am looking for a lose fat diet plan.
A friend told me 1 unique keto diet plan. The unique thing about the plan:

1: fat loss without excercise
2:you can eat beef,cheese,eggs.
3: no more cravings anymore which leads to more fat.
