buy a low cal dressing - tesco do a nice tomato one and take asmall tub of tuna or a hrrd boiled egg

I had a really scary WW leader - she was most bizarre if you so much as mentioned a competitor (SW) she bellowed "Wash out your mouth"

Also at the scales she said either "Your going to hate me love" or "You love me love, dont you, dont you" in an annoying yorkshire accent

I will opt for branflakes and banana OR Cornflakes and banana for breakfast.

pasta and tomato sauce ( you can do home made and add loads of shrooms or peppers or whatver)

grilled fish - cod salmon

stir fry prawns and veg and noodels (small)

chicken tikka dn salad

any grilled meat - no more than 4-6 o\ please

previously on ww I used to make a packed lunch salad with 1 point worth of pasta / cous cous and bulk up with huge amount of raw chopped veg - eg spring onions, carrots, beansprouts, beetroot, red peppers, cherry toms, broccoli, courgette etc etc. Then make up a dressing to pour over it all at work - balsamic vinegar, mustard, and lemon juice was a fave.

cor blimey can't keep up withn this i 'm just reading breakfast and youre on lunch and now yourre on supper.

How is breakfast scrambled egg no butteron linseed toast
lunch bag sald tomato cottage cheese and smoke trout with 2 tortila flat bread things
dinner eg roast veg like ppers and tomatoes and tin mckerel

dp is v thin and muscly and eats junk food so does not need diet which is rblem for me ditto kids even dd2 who has just had baby
No red wine abslutely impossible
