Didn't make it to pool tonight but did do loads of walking and eat sensibly. Still logging everything. I am starting to become a little evangelical about building in exercise wherever I can...butt clenches at the bus stop anyone? Grin

When I went back to work after dd I set myself a target of 60kg. Today I reached that target. DD will be 4 next monthSmile.

We'll done onedegree - I was much lighter than I am now when I went back on work after DD2 Hmm

3k run, 45 mins circuits, 5 mins powerplate, 20 lengths.

Oh, and some butt clenches!! Grin

School run and zumba done.don't think either make any difference in my body I think it's too use to them both. Really need to min it up but zero motivation to do so!

Weighed myself this morning, albeit on our slightly crap home scales as opposed to the gym scales - a bit under 11st :) More importantly, I definitely look and feel more defined. And fitter! Noticed last night that I could swim further underwater on a single breath.

Loti I am not sleeping well either, but haven't been doing much exercise....

Managed to scrape in at evens this morning despite a biscuit and cheese-filled afternoon yesterday Blush. On a more positive note I have been really trying to do 10k steps every day and have done it for 11 of the last 12, plus did 14k the day after I only managed 8 to average it out! However this did backfire yesterday evening when my walk led me to tesco and a biscuit boost....

Am off to doctors on Wednesday in the probably vain hope it really is my tablets that are making me so fat and hope she'll let me try some others!

Quite hilarious really as dh is is plaster on his leg and can only hobble and now here is me hobbling too Grin

PMT week for me, which means Eat All The Carbs but I am keeping it vaguely under control and still logging everything mostly. Went to gym tonight and did 30mins cardio, 30mins strength; will walk into work tomorrow and Friday if the weather holds :)

Well done cyst on amazing weight loss and continued gym attendance. I went Pete Tong on my weekend away and not really recovered it although we did do lots of walking. Pmt here too so trying to avoid the sweet stuff.
Bought stuff for cabbage soup today but made a big pot of veg curry instead (minus cabbage) so very similar to unwhizzed CS plus spices so should be fine. Will have a few days of this but out again thurs so no doubt will fall once more.....

Been doing 10 mins and/arms daily and eating well - pretty much all just veg & fruit. Veg curry all gone so made a Spanish veg casserole today as a change. Trying to keep away from snacking on meat/cheese/crisps.
