Hello Hot Mamas. Sneaking back in from the continent after a very indulgent trip to Blighty over Easter. Have managed to go to the gym twice this week and eating has been ok except when tempted by the large amounts of Easter eggs still in the house.

Sazzdo you like your Fitbit?am thinking of getting one as have just had unexpected tax rebate from Singapore.

SummerSazz · 22/04/2015 18:58

Hey Velma - sounds like you are doing brilliantly - well done Smile. I did read your post as fitting in swimming into your 7 minute workout and was very impressed Grin

Welcome back onedegree and nice gym work there I haven't been since about Feb. I do like the fitbit (but not the pesky fitbit scales lol). It does everything I need but I may get a Microsoft one for dh as he lost his and I don't know what else to get him for his birthday. I know others have a jog on and are happy with them too although they have no indication of steps taken until you synch with phone. Mine gives a rough idea up to 10k and the Microsoft one a full display.

Walked 2.5 miles and racked up 16k steps so far today on top of the Shred so happy with that given my dismal predictions this morning Grin

SummerSazz · 23/04/2015 06:38

Shred Level 1 with weights

11.5 again Hmm

GiantGaspingSatanicCyst · 23/04/2015 09:22

Sounds like you're getting your focus back Sazz :)

I walked into work this morning, 40 mins brisk march that includes a big hill. I've missed walking :) Now that DD can scoot confidently, we can actually make it to the childminder's house in good time so I will definitely be doing this more often. The children prefer it too.

Luckoftheirish · 23/04/2015 11:42

Hurrah for scales going down the shred and good brisk walking SmileSmile

School run done and zumba fitness Smile

SummerSazz · 23/04/2015 21:54

I love walking too Cyst Smile. 12k steps today.

So, out for dinner with work - veggie meal so pretty healthy and 1 glass of Wine

Not feeling the 5.30am exercise for tomorrow right now but we'll see........

SummerSazz · 24/04/2015 07:12

10 mins abs/arms. 11.7.

Luckoftheirish · 24/04/2015 12:34

Last zumba done for the week two enforced days off due to dh being away gutted but think my body will be delightedShockGrin

GiantGaspingSatanicCyst · 24/04/2015 13:08

Walked in again.

FjorGynAndHotWater · 24/04/2015 21:31

Not sure what happened to my post this morning, it probably went 'poof' in the shame of being 13 12... anyway am sticking to the no breakfast & tea rules and have ordered the 15 minute davina dvd...

velmadinkly · 25/04/2015 07:01

fjor if you are going to start Davina 7 minute fit, come and join us on 'grab your tuna'. I've really settled into a bit of a routine of fitting in the dvd 3 -4 times per week on average. I've been doing it for about 7 or 8 weeks and I'm certainly seeing results.

How's the new eating regime feeling, Fjor?

Am still logging everything on MFP - I think this is the most diligent I have ever been Blush Had a Friday night splurge last night (steak and booze) but still wasn't much over my calorie limit thanks to all the walking.

Got up at 6am today and did 45mins of pilates!

SummerSazz · 25/04/2015 09:34

Cyst I had a splurge too last night with friends here and dinner at the pub. I drove but had a couple of vino's and chocs when home

However have just run 7k so hoping to be good better for the rest of the weekend.

I should start logging again as that was the way I managed my best weight loss. I just need to start!!!

Fjorny - hope the 7 min workout works for you. Perhaps Velmas Tuna crew will be more inspiring than us Grin

SummerSazz · 25/04/2015 23:03

Pretty good day Smile. Total 19.5k steps which is about 15k!!!

Planning to shred tomorrow and hoping posting it on here will actually make me do it....

GiantGaspingSatanicCyst · 26/04/2015 09:33

It's slack off Sunday here Grin Weekend plus it's the anniversary of a sad day for me, so I'm not going to give myself a hard time. Will still log everything anyway.

SummerSazz · 26/04/2015 10:26

Slack off Sunday is all good - we're not here to end up hating exercise/diet etc. Hunkering down with your memories and family to give you big hugs & cuddles sounds like the best plan Smile {hugs} from here too x

Level 2 shred done but just had a big brunch but no carbs or sausage for me so pretty ok. Hoping to go for a bike ride later if weather holds.

SummerSazz · 26/04/2015 15:36

15k bike ride in the sunshine Smile

Might have involved pub and ice cream....

SummerSazz · 27/04/2015 06:28

Family birthday weekend survived - did my best but not great.

10 mins and and arms this morning but too scared of scales

Arms starting to have some sort of definition Smile

GiantGaspingSatanicCyst · 27/04/2015 09:01

Much the same here Sazz. I feel quite good about this weekend - while I did indulge, I didn't make up an excuse for myself to go crazy, and am still feeling positive now rather than thinking 'oh what's the use, I might as well eat a pie'. So that's progress!

Luckoftheirish · 27/04/2015 11:03

Back on it today with school run and jazzle doneSmile

velmadinkly · 27/04/2015 11:37

I'm down to 10st 9.4lb as of yesterday morning! I'm also looking much better in my clothes. An exercise top I've not worn for a few months look obviously looser on Saturday evening! I'm really chuffed with myself.

Keep up with the motivation ladies!!!! Grin

Woo! Good work everyone :)

SummerSazz · 28/04/2015 07:41

Well done Velma that's brilliant! A touch of Envy as we started at the same and I've gone up whilst you've gone down. Totally, totally my own fault though.

Popped into a friends last night for a birthday party and lots of delicious canapés. Had a few but in lieu of dinner so could have been worse. Had a lunch out which was in an Italian restaurant and I had a chicken salad so best choice!!
Another catered lunch today

10 mins and/arms done after clearing up a spilt two litre milk carton and 2 dead mice. All fun of a morning here..... Grin

Luckoftheirish · 28/04/2015 11:19

A hip hop body jam done this amGrin

Well done Velma!!! Grin

Sazz.... Mice? >>

SummerSazz · 28/04/2015 20:08

Just innards LOTI Grin

Managed 3 quarter sandwiches for lunch - beef and salmon so best choices I could find. Small tea and I should be back on track Smile
