Good to see the old thread so busy for once! I am in utter fat land at the moment, scales nudging 14st despite a week of goodness Shock

So, you know me and my preference for weird diets rather than sensible ones, I have decided to only eat one meal a day Monday - Friday and two a day at the weekend. On day 4 so far, it's going ok even though no results just yet, but feeling a bit more in control and hoping that as I'm not cutting out carbs this time i might avoid the massive weight swings...

Bloody freezing at work so burning a few extra calories just trying to keep warm.... nothing to eat so far, daydreaming about my burger and chips for tea though, and as I have abandoned the low carb nonsense I can have it in a wrap :D

I too am freezing fjorny and about to brave the school run returning with 4 children instead of 2!

Zumba and school run done this am.. I fear my body is getting to used to zumba but cannot be bothered to try anything else!

Friday is normally Wine night but may try and swerve again see how the play dates go Grin

A WTF moment on the scales at 11.5 so really is a full stone to lose rather than the perennial half.

Ok with food and water so far and no booze for a week.

Lack of exercise although did 5 mins arms and abs this morning.

Lol at Fjorny and the new magic diet - intrigued as to how this one goes as I need to mix things up a bit.

Hope the play dates not too stressful LOTI and you are now relaxing. I chucked a child out home at 7.30 as I wanted a bath and my DC in bed Grin

Saturday morning zumba done Smile my last Saturday morning for two months as i become the sole driver in our house! Dds do drama class and it starts just as zumba finishes boo!

2.5 mile run done this morning with lots of calves staring at me quizzically. Grin

Fjorny, could you track what you eat that way in MFP or something like that to make sure you're getting enough calcium, vitamins etc.?

I couldn't do that in a fit, but you need to be making really tip top choices about what to eat.

Speaking here as someone who lived for a long time feeling awful on poor vitamin intake unknowingly before I got diagnosed as coeliac.

7k run this morning in glorious sunshine Smile and think I have now connected with Red on mapmyrun. Hopefully this will act as some motivation!! Phone kept working today on this run so hopefully all ok now.

LOTI - can you do something while DC are in dance class - go for a walk or run round the area? Boo for being sole driver for now Sad

Going to make a nice curry for tea but lunch choices evading me at the mo. I did laugh at work as even my boss commented on the return of the rocket and Parmesan salad GrinBlush

Is it good Cyst? DC love Lego but I hate crowds of people so have avoided so far. Keep meaning to plan for an inset day so must look at this

30 day shred, level one with weights done. Will try and do my 5-10 mins a day arms/abs as running is grey for fitness but not bingo wings and jelly belly.

It was brilliant Sazz although I think now is the ideal time of year to go - yesterday was glorious weather but not too hot, busy but not heaving, and best of all NO WASPS. Don't ever visit LL in August, it is just one massive wasp colony then

Would also recommend reading the tips thread on here if you do decide to go, very very useful indeed.

10 mins arms/abs complete. DD's organised a party yesterday and lots of crisps and cakes were featured. Was ok(ish) and included a couple of Wine but generally pretty good.

Back to strictness this week but out for lunch today and dinner Thurs with work so may be hard........

I woke up at 5.30 and couldn't go back to sleep so got up at 5.45 and was at my desk before 7!
Still made no discernible dent in the to do list though Hmm

Had lunch out but mixed salads of raw veg so felt pretty virtuous.

'Jazzle' still has me sniggering lol Grin

Would normally run on a Tues but have to work today. Double boo. Maybe just maybe I can get some motivation to run this eve...

got on scales at the gym tonight...11.5 st! What the fucking fuck, man :(

I hope some of that is period weight Hmm

Anyway, did an hour's weights and cardio and will go again either tomorrow night or Friday.

Does anyone here do kettlebells? I'm interested in giving them a go but not sure if they're suitable for someone with a dodgy back - there seems to be a lot of swinging up above head type movements, which I'm worried will knacker my back in an instant.

Onward and downward eh

I was omg at 11.5 cyst and then the scales went to 11.10. Fuck only knows where I'll end up tomorrow! Hmm

I've done kettle bells but they hurt my (weak) back. Trx is fantastic if you have one at your gym and soneone can show you how to use it.

No run but managed to do 10k steps so ok with that.

Flaming heck, it's been a month since I last posted, but I'm still trying to be a hot mama!

I'm still doing the Davina 7 minute fit and I've now incorporated some swimming. I'm still doing WW, but i'm a bit hit and miss with that and I'm not seeing any discernable difference on the scales. My body does feel different though.

Its about 11.5 weeks until my abroad holiday = bikini time, and I'm still very determined to have done my best with regards making myself feel confident in the said bikini!
