I'm starting (again) after 10 years of being miserable and overweight, in that time I have been up and down like a yoyo but never actually getting anywhere. It's the same 1-2 stone that goes on and off all the time.
I need to initially lose 4st 4lb which will take me to 14st (yes I am over 18st
) I know 14st still sounds massive to loads but I'm just under 6ft and it's the weight I always remember feeling my most comfortable at years ago so thought that would be a good goal to start with.
I will admit to being an absolute pig, I can happily eat all day and even though I am actually clued up on healthy eating my brain seems to think the fattening food doesn't count if I eat it in private 
I'm 110% determined this time, I could probably have most of the weight of by summer and actually be a new happier person for the first time in years so this is my motivation. That and the fact that I would not go on a ride at a local theme park last week or go in the souvenir photo because of what I look like and I was worried the bar would not close, I'm letting my dc down 
I've joined ww online which I know works for me as long as I stick to it so here goes. Anyone else have the same to lose? Seems to be so many around here needing to lose 1-2 stone which obviously seems loads to them but it's a drop in the ocean compared to what I need to lose.
