Do you live anywhere near chessington world of adventure? They do zoo only days now. Its about £5. It took ds there he loved it.

Yes we are about half hour away from Chessington and we were thinking of going there. We are taking dd's friend though and I know dd would love the rollercoasters but not sure about her friend.

Also slighlty worried about the fast food situation!

I'm not sure dd would enjoy the zoo if she could hear the rollercoasters whoosing around - I know which one she'd rather visit!

hello all
aaggghhh i have been up all night and i havent even eaten breakfast yet!
my dd has an ear infection, ok dosent sound bad i know, but beetween her crying and my ds 4 mounths waking for feeds all night and having to get ds 8 years to school this morning and dd to the doctors, it has been one crappy night/day so far,
but i havent gone back to the roses yet, might b a good idea though for some energy, but will try some coffee insted first,im at the stage now where i feel sick cos i havent eaten
so i better go and find something to eat now,
hello to the new people that have joind,
and yes it is half term hear from friday, through to the 28th (my birthday im getting sooooo old lol )

I am feeling very smug atm. Brough a neighbour some Thorntons choccies at lunch time as she's just had a baby and I was given a free sample pack. I've just given them to my colleague!

Now I'm sat here eating my salad!

i fell alot better now after 3 cups of coffee, .... i dont even drink or like it! but its defenitly woke me up alot hehe
still cant look at food though, but will make sure i have a big dinner when ds gets home from school,
athough i dunno what we will eat as today was shopping day and i havent had chance to do any
oh well will find something, i have some egg fried rice in the freeza that i made, might eat that, or maybe some of the 100s of bags of pasta i have hehe ,
well done sweetheart on giving away the free chocolates, it dose make u feel good about your self dosent it?
i gave the kids a handfull of roses last night as a treat, think will do same agen tonight so that the box is gone,

i think sometimes feeling happyer and not so guilty helps with wate loss, try not to feel bad for having the odd binge,try to put it behind you and start fresh on your next meal,

I seem to got off to a good start today, so far i have had cornflakes with ss milk- not a monster size bowl like usual either, a jacket potatoe with a small tin of baked beans, 2 coffees and plenty of water. Not sure what i am going to do for dinner yet but lets hope i can be restrained!

hmm well I have had a big bag of M&Ms today. Feel very sick and very guilty now, hence joiing this thread!!

What is everyone having for tea? I don't know what I am having yet. Might have to wait til tomorrow cos of those dratted M&Ms!

Today's food diary
Breakfast - scone and cup of tea

Lunch - beans on toast

Dinner - just about to make big pot of veg chilli, will have that with some rice

Snacks - apple and an orange

so overall not too bad a day so far - how about everyone else?

i dont think u shuld wate till tomoro b4 u eat agen, maybe just have a light dinner but dont starve your self cos u had some m&ms, like i said in my other post, forget the chocolate that u had and start fresh from your next meal,
if u dont have dinner tonight u might not sleep well cos u will be hungry and also u will be more likly to pick on something later or in the morning,
please dont beat your self up over some chocolate,
i have been known to eat big bags of chocolate to my self b4 and huge bars like the ones they bring out in woolies at easter and xmass,
is it by any chance your time of the mounth?
just wondering cos i know when it is myne i always want to reach for the choc,
if its the sugur rush u r after try some diet soda, i find coke zero works grate for me, but have to admit i have never known a drink to make me burp as much hehe

AAW - please don't starve yourself. Why don't you go to the shop and buy a ww ready meal - they are very low in calories and fat and at least you will have eaten something. Or you could make yourself a big salad for tea. You can still have something - just try and be healthy.

So far today I have had
Breakfast - bananna and 2 cups of tea
Lunch - Chicken salad and caramel snack a jacks
Dinner - I'll be cooking spaf bol when I get home. The only think you have to count is the mince and pasta - everything in the source is fine as I don't use cream or wine or anything like that.

Might treat myslef to a ww rice pudding or a glass of wine later.

Right gotta get on - my work load is manic at the moment and it's not helped by me keep popping on MN!!!!!

Breakfast - bowl of Rice Krispies with skimmed milk, 2 cups of tea

Lunch - Salad with feta cheese, 1 slice w/m bread.

Snack - Classic choc bar (130 calories

Off to cinema tonight, so having a ready meal before I go, not got time to cook anything properly.

Have been on the go all day though so thats burned some cals off

Food diary for today
Breakfast Bowl of wheatabix with ss milk
Lunch Cheese and tomato sandwhich (was out shopping so healthy option was hard to find).
Dinner Im making roast vegatables with brown rice.
Snacks A pear and a rivita with a thin layer of low fat philadelphia.
2 litres of water.
Quite good apart from the bloody cheese....

having same problem, dd needs to go as a roman on friday! Well had 2 bgty sausages and another jacket potato with a scrape of diet flora for dinner, another coffee, more water, and just to send it down nicely im now enjoying a cheeky glass of pinot!

hiya im joining in!.....

i was 13 stones before i had my DD (oct 04) and weight went up to 15.5 stones (im 5' 8"), lost 4 stones in 10 mths as the weight just fell off me but did need to tone up my stomach and body....

Now this year ive put on nearly 1.5 stones - eek! and i feel heavy and seriously need to lose the weight as i felt fit when i was 11 stones

ive done no exercises for the past year - as i used to watch and do Angela Griffin exercises. i felt great. now i need a kick up my bum and start exercising again and STOP snacking on biscuits!!!!!!!!!

what can i have to snack instead? i do eat fuits, yoghurts, but always wants summat sweet

i will start tmrw and i will report on here tmrw night

lipsbite - do you like sultanas and raisins?

If so they are great as a snack as they are really sweet, I find I can't eat many of them because of this. Also any other dried fruits would be better than biscuits
