The OPT-ions are endless. We are all charged to go! Grin If negativity is not for you...

Why not try the OPTism diet. Here is a little reminder for the fridge door. After all a woman can't live on bread alone at all.

For those in a hurry...OPT-I-fast
In an emergency rush: OPT1cal -the eyes have it 'cause the mouth can't. it shed stones

The Chocolate diet allows all OPTIONS flavour. :)

Welcome back Grin
Maintaining whilst stressed is really good and it means you consolidated the previous weight loss. Smile

I suppose you're right fav. Just seems a bit disheartening at times. I don't really want to do the blue diet again but feel I need some kind of kick start really.

FavadiCacao · 22/10/2014 09:41

Byrd, enjoy your night out. Happy Birthday, MrByrd! Halloween Grin Wine

Tessie, of course it can be disheartening but no where as it was on the weigh up.
The blue diet was a really tough one but you stuck at it. What was it about Blue that made you do it and stick to it? The days planned for you? The food allowed? the accountability on here?

WyrdByrd · 22/10/2014 17:09

Thanks for DH's birthday wishes Smile. We don't normally do a lot for birthdays, but as he was such a super star when I was ill last month he's getting a bit spoilt.

Is there a link to the blue diet? I saw lots of chat about it but missed the link and I'm curious.

My '4 week wait' dress arrived today Hmm . It went on with no danger of seam damage but would have to lose 7-10lb for it to look any good. Eminently doable but it's also a bit on the short side and just not really 'me' so have decided to have a good crack at Scarsdale over November and then look again.

FavadiCacao · 22/10/2014 17:36

Woohoo to no seam damage! :)

Here is the link to James Duncan aka Blue diet.

My dvds arrived this afternoon. Grin Despite having already done the mat dvd this morning, I gave it a go to level 1. I'm happy to report that my arms and abs will be in too much pain tomorrow to be lifting and eating any birthday cake. Grin

Wow! Just had the oppurnity to watch a sample of Darcy's pilate: her muscle definition is incredible. I wish

OP posts:
Victrix · 22/10/2014 20:57

I've just done Darcey's DVD- it is most definitely intense but also relaxing Smile

But yeah, if doing that every day gets me 5% of that definition I will be very happy Grin

FavadiCacao · 22/10/2014 21:21

It does look intense. There are some exercises on DB's dvd which only start featuring in level 3 of my new TA's dvds. Shock
I'll definitely be borrowing the the hamstring stretches and maybe a few more Grin.
I watched skipped through level 2 and 3 and there are some exercises that look so, hmm... a mixture between unachievable and impossible, cirque de soleil style!!!

Victrix · 23/10/2014 22:27

After effects of Darcey + bastardy gallstones = owwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

On the upside I made a big pot of butternut squash and pumpkin soup earlier so I will live on that for the next few days

FavadiCacao · 24/10/2014 08:58

Flowers Poor you, the op can't come soon enough, it seems.

I love pumpkin soup, I have a pumpkin on my bench waiting for me to decide how to cook it. I wonder, if I cook it whole in the oven, whether the seed will be preserved for me to toast later.

Hanging head in shame after yesterday's celebrations and the scales are really cruel this morning. Up 1.5kg, evil scales. Sad Off to drink gallons of water. :)

OP posts:
Victrix · 24/10/2014 09:08

Thanks Fav -if it takes much longer I'm going to have a go myself Grin

I always bung squashes etc in the oven whole to start off with, easier to deal with them that way!

FavadiCacao · 24/10/2014 19:59

A much better day today :) but I wonder how long it will take to undo yesterday's damage.

Are you feeling any better?

OP posts:
Victrix · 24/10/2014 20:08

Back in hospital Sad

FavadiCacao · 24/10/2014 21:58

Sad Flowers

Are you back on the T'n'T diet?

OP posts:
Victrix · 24/10/2014 22:15

Not even that yet- nil by mouth atm. There seem to be more positive noises re getting my op done at least.

Better mobile signal this time though Grin

Victrix · 26/10/2014 21:05

I am no longer nil by mouth. Back on the tea, gallstones still in.

WyrdByrd · 27/10/2014 08:00

Oh Vic what a massive pita! I can't believe they're faffing about so much.

I've not been on the scales but can feel that having a week off has done me no favours so am back on the case today.

I have a friend coming round this afternoon and bringing cake - so otherwise it's grapefruit, soup & salad for me today and I will just watch DD & her friends tucking into homemade pizzas & ice cream sundaes this afternoon

Victrix · 27/10/2014 15:48

I'm only going to have gallstones for 3 more weeks! Hooray for an op date!

FavadiCacao · 27/10/2014 15:55

The Tea diet was most successful last time. Grin Any news on your op?

Sometimes we all need some time off, Byrd. Wink Back on the straight and narrow here too. :)

Thursdays's damage still not entirely undone, hardly surprising given the weekend was 'free rein'! Grin

OP posts:
FavadiCacao · 27/10/2014 15:56

Cross post.

Happy for you! Grin Are you feeling better?

OP posts:
FavadiCacao · 27/10/2014 15:58

3wks though is a long wait.

OP posts:
Victrix · 27/10/2014 17:02

Still in hospital and still feeling rough, but at least this time in three weeks I'll be free of them!

Victrix · 28/10/2014 00:05

In other great news I've been moved to a room on my own Grin

Trills · 28/10/2014 00:43

Hola.

I have the opposite problem of the original thread.

It's not that I'm GOING on holiday, it's that I've BEEN on holiday.

Just got back today from a week of eating all the things. No idea what I weigh yet.

FavadiCacao · 28/10/2014 09:35

Flowers, Vic. Yeay for single room! Now you can listen to the Rolling Stones before they make me a run! Grin

Hola, Trills :) The after holidays, birthdays, etc. Confused
