Only problem has been my belly is swollen so I look fatter already and for some reason , I'm starving and fancy everything I shouldn't have. Will have to keep to low carb from tomorrow I think or I will be back to where I started before the blue week.

I had some fizzy water and the taste/coating went away. I have 14 more tea bags though, anybody want them?

I have stuck rigidly to the diet and enjoyed a nice piece of steak for tea. Felt a little bit dizzy at one point this morning but was a lot better after my lunch of chicken and tomatoes. I have fruit and eggs prepared for tomorrow and hope to have lost a bit more weight today.

I have to say that I am not finding it too difficult at all really which is very surprising.

I'm on more pills I have an evil evil ear infection. My whole face hurts. Lucky my doctors are quite good and have give me some tramadol so I can soldier through. Bloody kids don't let up when your ill.

Do antibiotics have calories? 6lb down but had a lot of stress the last 2 weeks.

Plus my face hurts too much too eat. I look like a chipmunk

thediet try drinking some diet pop or a drink of water. I always paint my nails when I'm trying to keep out the fridge.

TheDiet, if I can stay away from chocolate...Chocolate the very thing which makes me mois to the core. Matilda's idea of varnishing your nails is a great idea no marbling in chocolate pots allowed! :)

Day 3 Duncy-baby is DONE! Lovely husb brought me tea in bed this morning, with milk. Ah.

I had a weeny bit of cooked chicken after I'd had my supper (lamb and salad, which was very nice). Hmmm.

And half a pudding spoon of the many-beans chilli I made for himself, to test the seasoning. Oh.

Otherwise, it's been rooibos and Pukka Cleanse (NO slithery effects at all, which is a worry with all the eggs ), and on plan for all meals.

To be fair it doesn't look very appetising. I know, I come a long way but I still have some to go! The raw and unrefined cocoa bean is currently undergoing a magical transformation into chocolate (it sheds a lot including cocoa butter). By the end My name shall be Cioccolato Finissimo (finissimo=finest or the most slim)

:) Fava=bean, di=of. Cocoa bean is often translated as 'Bacello (pod) di cacao' but, as at one point I topped 15 stone, I preferred fava because a fava is also a broad bean.

I knew it was a cocoa bean, I was more concerned by the google translate promoting it to royalty.
