I would like to join! Followed the last hilarious thread . My own equally wacky diet is giving up all carbs, milk and booze. Lots of fruit, veg and salad. Only drinking water. I lost 11lbs in 2 weeks back before my holiday. Kept it off for a bit, got cocky and took my eye off the ball.. Half a stone back on. Let the panic , crash diet resume..

Morning shitters!

I was just over 11 and a half stone this morning , but I think my scales weigh low. Not that Im complaining.

So far Ive had a small glass of orange juice, one grape and am now in work drinking de-caff green tea because I like to live dangerously.

i've just necked my nutri bullet concotion (pineapple, ginger, nectarine, almonds, water) with a handful of multi vitamins.

i have home made chilli and brown rice for lunch.

i am laughing in the face of shitting my pants AND WEARING WHITE TROUSERS! whaddya think of THAT!!!!!

gym kit next to my desk and i shall be heading there straight from work.

Scrambled eggs and grilled toms (grill them on some tin foil with the edges folded up). Maybe with mushrooms if you like them? You can fry them in a bit of butter, mushrooms have hardly any calories but are strangely satisfying.

Sweet pots and new pots can be roasted, maybe as wedges?

Okay right. I am ON this today. So far had some fruit, 2 cigarettes and water. Going to make some 'slimming' tea and drink my own body weight in water.

For those of you who are starting the Duncan one today, I am on day 4 and have lost 4 lb so far.
Totally feel like crap, was woken by bad headache again today but if this carries on it will be so worth it.

I'm sure you could add some tomatoes to today's Scarsdale lunch BUT I do think his point about sticking to the diet as written is valid.

I'm out to lunch today and have no idea how to order "cold cuts and tomatoes'" but I'll find the nearest thing. It really works spectacularly well when you follow it. Why not try to follow it as written for the next 3 days. Weigh every morning, you should see weight dropping off. That'll give you motivation not to alter the food. It really works.

I need to make asparagus soup today as I bought six bunches reduced yesterday. Brilliant diuretic, it makes you pee stinky bucket-loads.

I have to play with tonight's Scarsdale tea as the ILs are here and they don't like fish. We'll have grilled chicken and salad instead.

I was brilliant with the no wheat thing for months, but have been naughty over the summer. Yesterday I felt awful and looked 7 months pregnant - my stomach started sticking out from under my bra. So no more gluten for me.

Right! I'm 10st 7 this morning. My first goal is 10st 0 by 25 Sept. Ultimate goal is 9st 4 to give me the most sexually desirable BMI for a woman, which is 20.85.

Weighed in on home scales as overslept - got on 3 times & am getting a consistent 16st 9lb Blush .

Actually not as bad as I thought it might be, but also means I'd probably lost more than I though I had prior to the holidays - bugger.

I am new to this thread. i am planning a Slimtember, Drytember and fittember. Am i over stretching myself!

I weighed in this morning at 12st 5lb (gulp) and i am 5'6". I would be content with getting to 1 1st as i have never been a skinny minnie.

I think know i need to cut processed crap and alcohol and increase my exercise. I will keep posting here for advice and support.

Weighed in at a stagerringly awful 12 stone this morning
Already ( today's the first day , obviously ) given up wine for September . Even for me a glass of wine before 10 am would be unusual

Adds shifter tea to my shopping list for later

2 mugs of coffee so far , will have some fruit for elevenses , salad for a late lunch , and veggy chilli and brown rice for dinner . or does that sound too sensible
Does everyone weigh every day ?
Or is it best to save that for a special treat ?

OK, so I weighed myself this am. I am 10 stone exactly. I am 5'4".

I have a headache already at the thought of dieting. Hey ho.

DH brought me a cup of coffee in bed this morning which I duly drank - it had milk in it - poison surely?! So I've kind of broken the Harcombe diet already.

I'm supposed to be on unlimited (like that word) meat, fish, eggs, vegetables (except potatoes/mushrooms), Natural Live (bio) Yoghurt, herbs, spices and one portion of ‘safe’ grains daily (brown rice, quinoa, oats).

I'm deliberating as to whether to have my safe grains for breakfast or dinner. i think I'll save them for dinner.

Off school shoe shopping with the DCs later and that usually involves a cafe too so might have to take a hardboiled egg in my pocket Crazy Lady Stylee.

Thanks GobblersKnob. Is it possible to make scrambled eggs without lovely butter or do we not care about that? Grin.

Bought tomatoes, salad leaves, endemene bean salad, Danish bread, cottage cheese with black pepper, prawn cocktail. Not sure it is all good but I fancied a couple of nice treats and I am going to try and calorie count everything and only eat fresh natural stuff.

Just finished off the waitrose deli anchovies as DS2 not here to eat them and planning on tomatoes on toast for lunch and sweet potato baked with some cod for dinner. Tomorrow I will have eggs and get some mushrooms while out. I love them and they are pretty filling. Will be drinking lots of water. Not having tea yet as might have to go out later.

Shucks, just remembered have sweetcorn soup to eat up. Bummer. Was really looking forward to my tomatoes on toast well.

Right, weighed in. 10st 5. Not awful but the extra stone from where I looked and felt my best is flapping round my middle like a hideous tutu.

Aiming for 9st 5 but anything under 10st would be beautiful.

I am aiming for a stone off in Slimtember.
Today is brown rice day, the final day of the cabbage soup diet (Ihaven't actually eaten any soup for the last 2 days as the last batch was so disgusting Blush) So lunch will be a sort of brown rice tabbouleh and dinner stir fried veggies and brown rice.
I'm still a little undecided what to do tomorrow tbh, I'm tempted to make more soup and keep on with the cabbage soup diet, but it does say you aren't supposed to do it for more than 7 days. We're rebels though right? Shock
Everyone sounds so motivated! Exciting stuff!
