Favadi, your meal sounds lovely. I couldn't be asked making something separate for myself after coking the family meal so I just added piri piri spices to cooked chicken breast and dry stir fried it with veg. Took 15 mins. Still a bit nibbly though. Need to drink a tonne of water to keep the sugar craving at bay.
Whats you sound like you're wallowing in an oasis of deliciousness. Enjoy it. :) But we want you back on the ball tomorrow.
To be honest, I've got a confession of my own to make. I had avocado and cottage cheese on my toast for breakfast. Was a heavenly, creamy, luxury. And, erm, I might have lost a treat size milky way somewhere in my face between being handed it by DD to open the wrapper and handing it back to her. 
But I did 2x40 workouts today after reading Favadi's post so that's a plus.
