My week of diet disaster events has come to an end.

Dinner out on Monday, good day Tues, dinner out Wed and afternoon tea today all done.

I ate lovely sandwiches and lots of cake (half a scone, a slice of coffee cake and a slice of victoria sponge, all home made and delicious).

And I still had room for a sausage and onion sandwich at 7pm as was starving.

Tomorrow is make-up-for-it-day.

No breakfast.
A good walk in the morning with a friend.
A trip out with the husband as he has a week off (nicely timed for exactly when I go back to work and the kids go back to school - git!) as I don't work Fridays.
I may skip lunch too and only eat when I'm really ravenous - as much of a fast day as I can.
Then off to the gym later.

Then will have a 400 cal dinner and perhaps an eat natural bar.

My fitbit has arrived and is cool. My full and slim sachets show as despatched so should arrive tomorrow or Sat.

Can I join? I've lost 17lbs with SW since the birth of my DD in April but I've hit a bit of a wall recently. Started Protein Worlds Slender Blend meal replacement shakes yesterday hoping to shake things up a bit... one shake for breakfast, one for lunch, two healthy snacks during the day and a healthy no carb dinner. Had my breakfast shake but had an upset tummy all afternoon Confused... could it be the large amounts of protein or coconut milk I'm consuming or just coincidence? I was fine yesterday.
I've got about 2st to loose.

Still no weight loss tho. I'm feeling a bit murderous hormonal so it's probably that. I bloody hope so, I could eat cake and stay the same.

Weighed in this am after 3days of juicing a la Jason vale and both dh and I are 6lbs down!! It def works, this is a grand plan for a pre wedding/Xmas/fancy do I reckon!

666 declared I'm down 0.3kg from yesterday afternoon when it surreptitiously made its way into my bathroom. That is roughly 2kg in total since Monday using Reasonable but lying scales. Mr tape measure inched backward by 1/2" around the waist, 3/4" around the hip, 1/4" from various points on the leg. :)

12 st 4 and 3/4 today. I think that is anothr 1 and 1/2 lb off since yesterday. I am feeling really good about this diet. Most of the day I don't feel hungry. I was ravenous just before dinner last night but I ate a normal portion and was satisfied. I think Slimtember was the best idea ever. Obviously it is not the way to maintain weight loss but for a quick boost or flying start to a plan it is brilliant.

If you are on the Scarsedale, you can continue on it on the long term because it prescribes a cycle of 2 week of strict (fast weight loss) and 2 week of 'keep trim' (maintain or slower loss) and back to strict.

Another 1lb off so 2lb since Monday.

Doesn't seem that dramatic compared to some people's results but then I'm not following a specific diet, and realised that if I keep it up that's potentially 15lb off by the end of the month.

Keep forgetting to take my thyroid meds though, and not got the gym yet which can't be helping.

I seem to have sts since I finished the cabbage soup diet Confused How is that possibe on 650-800 cals a day?!?! Angry
have slithered I'm about to have an epsom salt bath to see if that helps. totm is not due, I don't get it!

Okay I have lost 2" from my bust and 1" from my hips since Monday. Excellent.

I'm not following Scarsdale - I'm just doing my own thing of only eating raw fruit and veg until the evening. It is working though!

Favadi do let us know what you end up doing with today cheese and spinach. I was diddling between wilted spinach on toast topped with grilled cheese or making a simple spinach curry and enveloping it in a wholemeal chappati wrap with melted cheese.

Scarsdalers , have you noticed we have 3 slices of bread today? There's one at each meal but I thought one of the rules was no more than two slices of bread a day?

I might give the bread a miss in the evening. I've planned steamed fish with cauliflower rice and chargrilled courgettes and peppers. I don't think I'll need the bread.

Well done to all of you with polished halos. I also gave in yesterday so will take it tomorrow hopefully.

I lived on nothing but vegetable soup yesterday, then accidentally had too much vodka last night with ndn. Blush

Fortunately the scales have remained the same, unlike the scary half a stone that I gained last weekend.

After Tuesday's massive success I am mainlining water again today, in the hopes that another 6lb will magically disappear by tomorrow morning. Grin
