Now 11 4 5 foot 4. Want to get to 10 by tomorrow obviously

Doing egg diet today no breakfast as would rather laze in bed

No weight loss this morning but I feel a lot less bloated.

DS (21 mths) is eating porridge with raisins and double cream. He keeps saying "Mmm" and rubbing his tummy. Cruel kid.

That is 6lb lighter than yesterday morning, and only 14lb away from my target again

For breakfast I am having Pukka Detox tea, followed by water and lemon juice, followed by lemon steeped water.

11.2.5 this morning. That's 2lbs in 2 days. Thanks for the inspiration. Off to Oslo for 3 days today that should put it all on again Hmm. Then I will have 1 week to lose 2 stones for holidays. Eek

Weighed:no harm done, phew! I might be even a hair lighter (even by mad scales standards). I really thought after my lack of restrain at dinner last night I was going to be up.

I'm trying to pluck the courage to brave the pain of 4th day of strategic muscle exhaustion where I'm asking my accessory muscles to wake up help tighten my big fat ones. I started at the full 30 reps and I'm working my way rapidly down to 1! Confused

I am following a set diet. I am calorie counting with MFP and eating fresh unprocessed food. Still 12 stone this morning but according to my happy scale app I have lost 0.2 lbs in a week so I will take that.

Still the only one without proper weight loss but then I have been the odd one all my life so used to it

DS2 back to school today .

Morning all!
DS back to school today, so I have big plans of getting everything done that I couldn't do over the last six weeks. Hopefully being busy will burn some extra cals and keep my mind off of food!
My big danger zone is when DS is at school and I'm procrastinating my jobs are done and I'm watching TV, I just sit and mindlessly stuff food in my big fat gob.

No weight loss here either although time of the month so hoping a stone just falls off in the next day or so.

itsfab these days it takes me ages to just lose the first lb, I think my body is always around 2 weeks behind my food intake. Which is a right pain in the ass when I fall off the wagon and think it's ok as I'm still losing weight...

I'm not sure how accurate MFP is, itsfab. I've be using it to track (and shame me if needed!) what I'm eating to regain a sense of portions, calories, etc. I am weighing everything to make sure. I have notice huge discrepancies in calories in many foods on MFP compared to what a packet or my calorie/carb/fat book says. (often calories are lower on MFP). It might explain the lack of weight loss.

I am feeling extremely cheerful as am following a nuts food replacement jobby and am in ketosis.

I refuse to weigh mind as I unreasonably expect to be down three stones in as many days so will self sab if not.

Anyway loving this thread but want to know if the Pukka one is the shitter tea and who is, er Duncan.

Day six of the Duncan blue diet and have had a glass of grapefruit juice and a migraine tablet for breakfast. Feel bit nauseous and have an ice pick one eye headache. Have actually got to work today and not allowed to eat till lunch Sad
On a lighter note, I am much lighter!!!ShockGrinSmile 6lb down with two to go.
How's everyone else doing the James Duncan ( blue) getting on?
Think someone said day 4 was hardest, but I found it fine.
Going to get some tea for slithering today, rabbit pellets seem to be a side effect of this diet. Brew

Milmingebag congratulations for being in ketosis. There are various shitterteas, ie tea with secret laxative effects. The Pukka Detox one is available from supermarkets so lots of posters have it but with varying degrees of, er, success. There is another tea available from Holland and Barrett and Amazon called, I think, Slimtea, which is for the ones among us who wish for a more hardcore option.

Duncan diet is James Duncan diet, here which guarantees a stone weight loss in a week! Lots of grapefruit and eggs, I think.

I have just had a quick clothes trying on session from the 'thin' end of my wardrobe. A tweed pencil skirt that I didn't expect to get over my hips (no stretch in fabric) actually fastens but it is a bit scary to sit down in it. I think it could well rip if I sat down too suddenly. A pair of grey cigarette trousers also fastens but I have alarming camel toe in them. Finally a pair of jeans also fastens but with huge muffin top. I think I might wear said jeans tomorrow, but I fully expect to have big end welts around my waist when I take them off!

I was 10st 7 again this morning, at 7am. Went back to bed in a sulk.
