My beef burgers are mostly meat, I think (need to check packaging for hidden crap like flour, breadcrumbs, treacle, butter) so hopefully my body don't know it's not eating "hamburger"? Oh I hope so. I'm starving now, PROPER starving, so I hope I see some positive signs tomorrow. My oeriod's due on Sept 7, though, so maybe not.
