Tried my new DVD today a 30 mins cardio workout. You have the option to stop at 10 or 20 mins too. I desperately wanted to stop at 10 and then 20 but battles on. Shattered.com!

After early massive loss it tailed off so only down 2 to 12 6 but better than a gain. Did have a bit of cake too Blush . Planning to have a good weekend...

Sorry lot, thought I had posted this morning but phone must have eaten my whitterings....

No real progress since Wednesday, down a tiny bit more to 12 6 so -2 on the week. Managed not to go crazy on the various snackage scattered around at work so hope that can set the tone for a reasonably good weekend, despite pub tea with MIL tomorrow. Although will see what happens in about half an hour when I take one tired me and add a dash of gin lol

Struggling with keeping on top of everything at the moment! Have in laws down tomorrow so need to cook and bake step dd down later to stay over and all I want to do is slob oops lol

Shred level 3 done this am. Sunday nights are starting to be a right pain in the butt just cannot sleep Hmm therefore there will be a lot of Brew drunk today!

I had a terrible weekend food and drink wise and am wobbling all over the shop. Missed the gym today and last week due to work so all a bit pants. Still not bought fitbit scales but am hoping when I do so I can shame myself into better behaviour

I'm still here, it's just work being mental at the moment, didn't get home till nearly 7 tonight

Anyway, goodish weeks still being undone by greedy weekends Blush and have friends coming for dinner on saturday so another weekend due to be written off Grin. Managing OK during the week though, and we are trying a zero snack policy at work so see how that goes.Only trouble is my boss is a definite feeder and she is always bringing in treats to try and tempt us...

Will make it my mission to post every day even if it's just a Smile then see if that reminds me to step away from the crisps!

I am making myself get up to do my shred because it is literally the only time of day I can call my own!

Jillian kicked my ass today! Scales are crap hey ho but feel like I am toning up which is good. I am so good in the day as so busy but come evening time the munchies really get me. Need to either find something to do to limit the snack age (too tired) or find so super low calorie but filling treats Grin

You two also sound super busy!!!

Managed not to get stuck in to chocs at work , had quite a big curry for tea but homemade and with cauli rice so reasonably healthy Grin

Hoping for a small loss tomorrow then not over-do it too much at the weekend...

Loti do you have to snack on an evening? You could try knitting instead lol!

After the weekend off am back on it today with the cardio workout and abs. Off the horrible fags since Wednesday have moved to the ecig.. So far so good but need to keep eating in check even more

Only managed one school run yesterday due to the sodding rain Hmm

Sleep decided not to come to me last night but battled on and did my cardio and abs. Hoping for double school walk today but work beyond mental so we will see!

Fat blaster and abs this am. Managed the double school run today. Will only be doing it once today due to play dates and activities.. But I get to stay longer in the office... Not sure that's a good thing!

Any weight still rubbish need to knuckle down and try and get a decent loss, will be aiming for a week Friday tho... This Friday is only around the corner don'cha know?GrinGrinGrinGrin

Veeeerrrrrry bad weeken away but after discovering that not a sine one of my 'formal' dresses fits I am re-energised on food and exercise. Yesterday pretty good and today ok so far on good - I'm going to start logging on FF again and revert to my rocket and Parmesan salads at work. Exercise brutal today - 2k run, 1 hr circuits followed by a spin class. May be ouchy tomorrow lol.

Weighed in at the gym and still 11.0 which is better than gaining I suppose.

Bought cabbage soup ingredients to act as a filler and snack option - I have been munching salami and cheese as snacks which quite frankly hasn't been helping

Shred HAS to be dusted off but maybe not today lol

Not quite a high impact DVD as I'm sure you will have done LOTI, but some sit ups/press ups etc and even some chest flies for Gillian Grin done. Can't do really energetic stuff as I then sweat too much and have to wash hair which I can't ten dry and straighten on time for work
Large bottle of water and salad coming to work with me.
