Well done jellybean. If you're like me, you've got aches and pains in all sorts of strange places. I've been told that they get easier too. I liked bodypump and have booked for next week and the same for the bodaybalance. The instructor welcomed me back and told me I've been absent for 3 years!! Nothing for the weekend but I'll go to the gym.

Hello all
Again you all have inspired me to start again. Some truly amazing stories of loss and motivation. Plan was to return from 2 week holiday and get straight back on it, however that hasn't happened. And I have picked and eaten crap. I'm ordering my weeks supply on Monday and have a few packs left over from before holiday so I can start afresh on Monday.
Clothes were looking better on me before I went away, now they look tight. It's my birthday in 6vweeks so I would like to lose at least a stone and half.
To get into the 9's would be fab, that is a longer term goal though, need to focus on a week at a time, draw up my big spreadsheet again and get motivated.
Dreading seeing the damage I've done whilst being off plan on the scales. I am a little scared.
Hope you all have fab weekends and continue motivating and inspiring people to lose weight.
Xx

Well today's WI was a loss of 1/2lb. However, I am now a round 4 1/2 stone lighter than 4 months ago and thinking positively about it. Apparently all to do with muscle building/ body will adjust/drink more water. Last week I was disappointed but am finethis week strangely.

I am now missing food and eating so I made myself a crusty sandwich and enjoyed it. Nibbled some cheese ( and spat it out) and feel ready to move on. I have a big night tonight, but will drive and drink water whils everyone else gets merry. It's only a moment in time. Repeat size 12 12 12 12 12......

MyJellybean · 10/08/2013 14:53

Well done Sammac, 1/2lb is still 1/2lb, I know mine is gonna be low on Monday due to the amount of exercise I've done this week. I'm taking a 2week break from diet early/mid September to enjoy my birthday, so want to be in the 9s by then but also want the areas where I've lost my 36lb to be toned up so the exercise will continue.

ChestyNut · 11/08/2013 13:04

Still here, plodding on Smile

My breath is disgusting!

PutThatDownNow · 11/08/2013 21:07

Well done everyone, good to see all the commitment and great results.
I'm still feeling pretty crap but sticking to it. WI tomorrow and may discuss adding some food to see if that helps me feel better.

ChestyNut · 12/08/2013 22:03

I feel rubbish tonight Sad

Burny sore tummy and psychologically a bit crap.

Off to bed to see if can sleep it off.

Wowserz129 · 13/08/2013 10:14

Urg someone kick my butt. I haven't gone off plan but feeling niggles of temptation. It's not hunger it's just boredom I think of being restricted. Also I weighed today (1 day early) as I can't weigh tomorrow and only 0.5lb off in week 2 Hmm. Doesn't seem a lot for half starving yourself lol!

ChestyNut · 13/08/2013 20:17

Ill kick yours if you kick mine

Just got to keep plodding on!

Which plan are you on?

doorbellringer · 14/08/2013 08:54

Hello can I join? I'm doing Lipotrim and lost 10lb my first week. I'm now on my second week and according to my scales I'm another 4lb down so far, proper WI on Friday. I'm not missing food that badly but I tend to find if I have the rare bit of cheese or chicken I don't feel so deprived and it doesn't seem to have affected my wait loss - yet!
I actually like the shakes so don't feel too bad. Defo in Katosis as breath smells of death!

ChestyNut · 14/08/2013 12:50

Me too, my lips keep sticking to my teeth too Hmm

It's my week 2 weigh in tonight.

PutThatDownNow · 14/08/2013 13:14

Hi all. Hope you are starting to feel better Chesty, good luck for tonight. Keep at it Wowzer. I had a couple of disappointing losses but then 3lb this week so eventually the scales will catch up. If you are in ketosis then that fat has to be going somewhere!

A cautionary tale for you all today. Or maybe not cautionary, I found it reassuring in the end. Met someone for lunch yesterday which led to me going off plan. Instead of being sensible and restricting the blip to lunchtime I decided that I may as well go the whole hog and finish the day. Pretty much as a hog. So I had a little bit of everything I thought I had been missing over the last month or so. You know what, none of it was that great and I concluded I hadn't really been missing anything. Back on track today but now have to undo yesterday's damage but reassured that that eating lark may not be all I thought it was cracked up to be Hmm.

Welcome aboard doorbell.

MyJellybean · 14/08/2013 19:16

Had my weigh in on Monday, week 13 and I gained 1/4lb. This is my first gain, lowest loss so far was -1 1/4lb. However I did do 4 classes last week and 2 sessions in gym so that's a lot of exercise. To make myself feel better i got my dd to take a photo of me and put it next to one taken 13weeks ago when I was 2 1/2st heavier, looking at the difference 3 months has made stopped me focusing on one week.
Good luck everyone with you weigh ins and welcome to doorbell.

ChestyNut · 14/08/2013 22:09

ChestyNut · 16/08/2013 19:49

Well done Grin

doorbellringer · 16/08/2013 22:35

Thank u! I have just taken delivery of my Slim & Save box. I admit it I'm defecting. I like the lipo shakes but I'm fed up with no variety. Wow yum I received loads of different flavoured shakes, soup, meals & bars!! I got the taster pack of 28 different flavours cost £27.99 plus £4 delivery. So still works out cheaper. Really recommend it chestynut
I know I'm months behind everyone else in this revelation but better late than never!

ChestyNut · 17/08/2013 10:26

I need the counselling part of LL so think ill have to stick with it even tho the packs are nasty Grin

heavenandearth · 17/08/2013 10:27

looking to start a vlcd but unsure which one to try? Need some help

goodgollygosh · 17/08/2013 10:34

Hi all, I hope you don't mind but I've been reading the thread and wow! You ladies are amazing its so inspiring. I've been following the 5:2 diet but some weeks doing 3 days fasting but this sounds so tempting to me. Ive checked out the slim and save website and have seen the trial pack of 28 products. Can someone tell me if this is worth getting or are you stuck with the gross flavours that nobody else wants haha. I'm a vegetarian are the meals meat free? Is anyone doing slim and save and just having shakes and no meals/bars etc. if so what are the nicest flavours? I'm thinking of ordering and starting next week so I want to be prepared with the nicest of flavours to help me stick with it. I have 3st to loose to get back to the weight/size I have always been before having my fourth child 9mnths ago. Sorry for the essay and lack of paragraphs I'm rushing before the baby wakes from his one nap of the day and starts his mad rampage of the house!

ChestyNut · 17/08/2013 11:56

I'm on lighterlife heaven

It's the most expensive (I think)

But I have a lot to loose and LL has a weekly group counselling session using CBT and TA techniques and a "route to management" where you reintroduce food and a maintenance programme.

So for me it's worth the cost as I need support with the psychological stuff to hopefully get where I want to be and stay there.

Am sure someone will be along soon to tell you about the other VLCDs available.

Good luck Thanks
