Lizzy you look wonderful! Flowers
Bssh - ignore her, she's wel jel and she doesn't have nice hair.
Hope everyone is managing not to melt.
DS's last day at school today, and surprisingly tear-free (me, never expected tears from him!).
I have eaten icecream and crumpets to console myself. Not good.

Evening lovely chiefs!

Internet problems here (again), seriously going to ditch BT this time, their crapness is beyond belief Angry

Will try and get on mfp to see Chiefs photos, bet you are looking fab! New hair is fab isn't it Bssh, I'm loving mine!

Dd birthday today, we had yesterday's cake for breakfast and more cake this evening. My tummy is now very upset and feeling fragile so no more. Just can't seem to take the high amounts of fat I used to manage...this is a good thing!

Off to Gatwick Sunday, flying early Monday. I am all packed, all lists checked off with nice big ticks and feeling smug...I used to be a super efficient persons until dd was born so to see it returning 3 years later is better late than never.

If I don't get on before, have a couple of weeks of good losing and enjoying the sunshine. When I get back I will be focused and ready to become a big loserGrin

Lizzylou · 19/07/2013 21:39

Have a wonderful holiday Sdp, looking fab and feeling fine Grin
Seriously, re photo, she is possibly the most beautiful baby ever and I have always regretted not going for no 3. Just a hormone flush!

RandallPinkFloyd · 20/07/2013 09:29

Have a fabulous time Sylv.

Lizzy, whatever it was it worked for you! I know what you mean about regret though. One of the worst things about separating from DH (apart from the dying alone part) is knowing that I'll never have any more children. I mean the chances were slim anyway, DS was a minor miracle and it was a bumpy ride to say the least so it's doubtful I'd have ever been brave enough to try, but the fact that it's no longer even an option makes me very sad. Well no, sad is probably the wrong word, whistful is more like it I suppose. I think it's the same for a lot of us, the "maybe just one more" feeling always niggles!

Lizzylou · 20/07/2013 12:08

Never say never Randall Smile
Parkrun was less sweaty this week. Just been to local shopping centre in denim cutoff shorts Shock Noone pointed and laughed so all good. Never wear shorts out and about in UK.
Did Parkrun in shorts too. There was wobbling Grin

RandallPinkFloyd · 20/07/2013 21:45

Shorts Shock kudos to you!

Although with your machine-like ways I very much doubt there was wobbling of any kind. You go chief!

Lizzylou · 23/07/2013 07:45

Morning Chiefs Smile
Hope everyone is ok?
Bit stormy here, which is good, humidity was playing havoc with my hair and giving me headaches.
Tried a new class, Body balance. Mix of yoga and pilates. Balance, I have none. Was v good though. I can rock a downward dog, the rest was a bit wobbly Grin
Hope everyone is ok and those holidaying are having fun in a non-chief like fashion.

RandallPinkFloyd · 23/07/2013 10:27

I'm not loving this rain, where's my sun godamnit Angry

However on a lighter note I have just bought a whole stack of new clothes in the New Look sale, all size 12 bar one t-shirt which is a 10! I've also bough a bodycon style dress for the hen weekend. I needed a sit down after trying it all on.

Lizzy as always, you rock. All that exercise in this lovely weather, amazing.

SylviaDaisyPouncer · 23/07/2013 14:40

I think I may have stolen your sunshine randall. Not planning on sending it back for a couple of weeks!

In fact it's so hot I have had to come in and MN while everyone is sleeping!

Well done on the exercise lizzy, your quest for new fitness is never ending.

Size 12 and 10 is super great randall, you are amazing. You definitely must get the Randall Diet published, you would make a killing !

A lot of swimming going on here, a lot of eating too.

Speaking of which, time to get the kids back in the pool....hard life eh?

RandallPinkFloyd · 23/07/2013 15:12

My heart bleeds for you Envy

Lizzylou · 23/07/2013 18:32

Yay for size 12 and size 10 Randall Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Did someone else say something? Wink

Enjoy SDP Grin Grin Grin

Muggy humid day even though no sun Confused

Off to Metafit soon. Not feeling the love today, has to be said.

TeaMakesItAllPossible · 23/07/2013 21:41

It's so humid here I have triangle hair. It's so wide at the bottom that I have to go through doors sideways.

I caught a bit of the news about HRH Maybe My Daughters Will Benefit As A Result of Change in Legislation and have decided that I too would like my hairdresser to turn up and do magic before I exit a building.

What sort of fabulous magic has been going on in Chiefing world? 3lbs Bssh, size 10 Randall, sun & swimming SDP, dogging in shorts Lizzy Shock Wink. You are all brilliant Grin.

I have lost the ability to fast properly I think. I can do 700 - 800 easily but any lower seems to be an impossibility. My magic has gone. I suspect it's the school holidays. I love my kids but I need something to sustain me though the late afternoon and booze in the evening.

I have been 1 lbs up for a couple of weeks and don't seem to be able to get rid of it. I suspect that I'm at the weight I'm meant to be whilst doing the longer periods of exercise.

dinkydoos · 24/07/2013 10:00

tea triangle hair is the bane of my life! Could have paid off my mortgage with the amount I have spent on crap to smooth out my hair!
Well done randall on your skinny clothes, no doubt you will be posting your latest loss here soon!
sdp all sounds v lovely, where are you?
lizzy I saw some people doing that body balance malarkey in the gym yesterday, looked quite useful.... Am definitely not feeling the love either for the excercise, but we need to remember the pâté on the deck that will soon be ours.... Grin

RandallPinkFloyd · 24/07/2013 10:28

Funny you should say that Dinky!

I've only gone and lost 3lb this week. Don't ask me how as I've no idea, it's just been a normal 1200 cals per day week. Fairly unhealthy at times in all honesty as I'm clearing out my freezer.

I'm 1.6lb away from my goal. How the actual fuck did that happen?! If I don't lose that by my birthday I'm removing a limb!

Lizzylou · 24/07/2013 10:32

Dinky, that pate and cheese was why I went to Metafit or Losealung as I will now name it. Phew! It was tough. Had also done some treadmill first which was a bit dumb Hmm
Try Bodybalance, I really enjoyed it and lots of the exercises are in Jillian and also Insanity's Cardio recovery workout. Essentially just Pilates and Yoga. Warrior poses, downward dog etc, was good for core I think.

Tea, you could braid and bead your hair a la Monica from Friends? Grin
I do feel your pain, mine is fine and then frizzes so I look a bit manic.
Perhaps, as you say, you are supposed to be this weight? You must look fantastic.

Bit more air here today, will decide later whether to run or spin tonight. haven't ran outside for a while due to heat/humidity.

Lizzylou · 24/07/2013 10:35

Bloody hell Randall, that is amazing! Grin
You are a dieting superstar!

dinkydoos · 24/07/2013 14:30

Flipping heck randall you're too good at this! What's your overall loss now? You must be over the moon and looking very va va voom [ grin]

RandallPinkFloyd · 24/07/2013 15:22

68lb, so 4st 12lb.

The final 1.6lb will take me from 15st to 10st. (Still sounds a bit heavy I know but I'm 5' 8")

And it all started on that fateful day back in January when the chiefs were formed. I luff each and every one of ya Grin

TeaMakesItAllPossible · 24/07/2013 16:13

That does not sound heavy - it sounds perfect. A lovely round even number. You are blelly amazing.

braids? hmmmmm.

Lizzylou · 24/07/2013 19:53

Randall you utterly, utterly ROCK Grin Grin Grin Grin

BsshBossh · 24/07/2013 19:55

Randall superstar chief, woohoooo!

I'm a size 10 now too. Went clothes shopping (am still on holiday) and in every shop I went into I came out with size 10. Still, every changing room I went into I took in with me size 14 and 12! My head needs to adjust to my body. New goal? Size 8.

We've been eating pizza, fish and chips, cake and ice cream every single day this week; no fasting. Needless to say, I won't be weighing in this Friday Grin. Back to normal next week (school holidays but I've already booked my 5 yo into several activities over the next 5 weeks just so I can go to the gym!).

RandallPinkFloyd · 24/07/2013 21:00

Oh I'm no size 10 Bssh it was only one t-shirt, and a lose fit one at that. I'm more than happy with size 12 though!

Size 8 next for you? Blimey, you skinny minny you!

BsshBossh · 24/07/2013 21:28

Chiefs I'm working on a before and after photo combo. The before photo is difficult because I used to cover up so much (blousey blouses with baggy waistcoats and boyfriend jeans) but I think I've found something that will give an idea of me at size 18/20. Tomorrow DH will take an after photo - leggings and vest - no covering up for me now Grin.

Lizzylou · 24/07/2013 21:31

Go Bssh! You all rock so much, Chiefs, you really do Grin
