Buzzy, Ripped is prob like shred for the knees, sorry.
Dinky, lovely pjs. Can just picture you, wafting round the deck, large glass of local vineyard's finest in hand. Cos that'll be me too.

Chiefs, can we have a minutes silence for my tits?
Bought a new bikini, have gone down cup size twice , still too big. Not just that style, went down a cup size on my usual bra that I order online. Too big still Shock
Not complaining as such, but why couldn't it have come off my thighs first??

RandallPinkFloyd · 17/07/2013 10:03

Soz about the tits Lizzy, mine are similarly depressing. They are affectionately known as my chest flaps Sad

I am more than impressed with all of you doing your shredding and running and wot not, this weather was made for sitting.

2lb off for me this week, seems like a lot but I think it's just catching up from the tiny loss last week mainly. Ours me almost bak n tack for target though. I'd need 1.5lb per week for the next 3 weeks so although I still probably won't hit it I won't be too far off. I never thought I'd be saying that back in January!

Big whoop for the chiefs. Whoop! Grin

TeaMakesItAllPossible · 17/07/2013 16:30

Whoooooooooooooop Randall

I think I want new nightwear. We've got our 16 YO DN coming to stay this weekend. I am frightened that my old falling off PJs which aren't worn as it's too hot might put him off women at such a formative age.

I too have no tits. Though one of my non-existent norks did manage to fall out of my too large bikini top whilst I was weeding last week. I haven't seen the old chap opposite since. Do you think I killed him by flashing at him?

Buzzy .... in the boardroom? The shame

LaundryLegoLunch · 17/07/2013 17:50

Ah ladies I too have lost norkage but considering I was a G/H it was much needed. Being a mere DD/E feels great! I can almost buy normal bras and not marvels of engineering bound in lace

Lizzylou · 17/07/2013 19:11

No longer Gina Gee Lego, am more Florence & Fred these days.
With Beyonce at her heaviest thighs. If she ever had cellulite at the back of said hefty thighage.

Verily I am a Goddess Confused

But I have never shat myself in the the boardroom. Siralan or no.
Or flashed my decreasing baps at the neighbours.

So, all balances out I think.

Except I neeeeeed thinner thighs!

DoubleMum · 17/07/2013 20:13

I want to lose norkage! Hate my norks.
There. Glad I've got that off my chest.

BsshBossh · 17/07/2013 20:38

My tits have not just shrunk, they've dropped.

Tea I like to eat when it's hot too. And not salad, but hot food! Not fair.

On a much brighter note - hurrah Randall for the weight loss.

And Lizzy - you are supercharged! Exercising in this heat?!?! I haven't exercised in 3 weeks and next week I'm on holiday (Suffolk coast) so I guess I'll have to return to the gym when I get back to work off the lbs.

Lizzylou · 17/07/2013 21:00

I hear you on the droppage Bssh. Yup. Mine are sad sacks.

BsshBossh · 18/07/2013 13:54

Well, to celebrate the new svelte me I've splurged out on a radical (for me) new haircut: from long, below the shoulder length to... THIS (obviously that's not me, but that's my hairstyle now). I've had long hair for two decades and in recent years have used it to hide the fat around my face, neck and shoulders. But now I'm slim I can show off my face and neck more. And in this weather, it's perfect. I can't stop looking at myself in shop windows!

dinkydoos · 18/07/2013 17:14

Ooh love that hair bssh! How exhilarating.
On the subject of saggy norkage, mine have definitely reduced, and have gone emptier at the top, which is just sooooo flattering. Not.
How's everyone doing, it's tres hard to concentrate on this diet lark, when its wine in the garden weather every night isn't it?

Lizzylou · 18/07/2013 18:01

Ooh Bssh, bet you look fab. Lovely hairstyle Smile

Dinky, I am so looking forward to fuckit Friday wine tomorrow evening Grin

I just find it so hard to exercise, even in the air conditioned gym yesterday I was melting.

2 weeks until holiday though, so really need to trim my thighs. The thighs are my nemesis. 1lb down today, so getting there sloooowly Confused

BsshBossh · 18/07/2013 19:45

I had my first negative comment about my weightloss today. It was from an obese cousin so I took her comment to be a reflection of her own weight issues, but still it got on my nerves: "You have thinned down too much, you are looking sick, put on a little bit." It was via Facebook and I ignored.

Have any of you had negative comments?

Lizzylou · 18/07/2013 20:42

No, honestly, all nice.
Mind you I work with a lot of either naturally slim ir quite young people. People sometimes say I am obsessed with exercise. One did call me a skinny bitch today, with love I hope!
Dh even said my drastic tit reduction was ok, because I was slimner and fitter everywhere else, he likes my body confidence Grin . He is massive boob man.

Pay no heed, just jealousy at your willpower.

TeaMakesItAllPossible · 18/07/2013 21:42

Lovely hair Bssh

Obvs you're not Katie

RandallPinkFloyd · 18/07/2013 21:55

You're absolutely right Bssh, it really is just a vocalisation of her own insecurities. You embody the failure she feels in being unable to combat her own weight issues. Please try not to be too cross with her though, most of the time things like that are totally subconscious. It's rare that people who say things like that are being intentionally hurtful. (Unless they're a complete bi-atch!)

I've not had anything particularly negative I don't think (except for my mother but she's a whole other ball of wax!). The only thing I am aware of is that I can see it makes some of my friends feel bad about themselves. I hate it, it makes me feel really uncomfortable and guilty. I know that's illogical because I haven't done anything they couldn't do but I really struggling with it. A couple of them will talk to me openly about it and that's great but there's a couple who just won't mention it. Haven't said a word about it at all and I know they know how much I've lost. It makes me really sad.

dinkydoos · 18/07/2013 22:30

Gosh randall your post rings true! I am certain I have been on the other side of this, ie where your close pal is losing weight and just looks so fecking good in her clothes, but mostly exudes that confidence which is just so appealing and you are sort of happy for them, but deep down it just stirs up your own anxieties...
Flipping Eck! As we on some Miriam stoppardesque programme shows age congrats on weight loss AGAIN this week by way, you must be looking amazing!

TeaMakesItAllPossible · 18/07/2013 22:41

And to add to dinkys congrats Lizzy may I say that 1 lb off suits you sir .... muchly. Good work Chief.

RandallPinkFloyd · 18/07/2013 22:59

Lizzy is looking well fit. Have you seen the new MFP pic? wit woo Wink

And Bssh with her fab hair. Wel jel.

BsshBossh · 19/07/2013 06:38

3 lbs down this week. Some of that in hair Grin. I am now officially lighter in weight than my DH and 33.3% down in body weight since February 2012. Off on holiday now (Suffolk beach for a week) to put some of that weight back on Grin.

RandallPinkFloyd · 19/07/2013 06:57

Wowzers, well done you! Have a fab holiday you deserve the rest!

LaundryLegoLunch · 19/07/2013 08:05

Wow Bssh fab loss and well done on the new do. Amazing the power of a great haircut! No doubt at all that the negative comments are rooted in envy. A third of your weight gone - how awesome!

Lizzy well done on the 1lb loss and new pic. You look glowing and happy which is lovely.

I hope all chiefs have a lovely weekend and enjoy the fact that we can lark around in summer clothes that we would never have worn 12 months ago Smile

buzzybuzzybeeshoes · 19/07/2013 11:05

Bssh 33% down is stupendous, well done chief. That's... that's more than a leg isn't it? 3lb off this week must be the icing on the Victoria sponge for breakfast. Randall also stupendous. Both of you have lost such fuckloads I'm not surprised your friends and rellies are a bit funny about it - but it really, really is more about them than you. If you both regained all the weight you lost tomorrow, it wouldn't make them an ounce thinner! But you know that. Just enjoy Grin

I found in my ED days (and obviously neither of you have one, but tragically it's the only experience I have of being thin) that people had a view/mental image of me as being a bit of a chunkster, and didn't like it when I deviated from that. I found that once I got below 10st (I'm 5'7'') people would start telling me to eat something, you're too thin, look at your ribs, you look like you could do with a square meal, Jesus look at your shoulderblades etc. etc. Not complimentary "oh you're so slim" stuff at all, really insulting comments. And all the time I was well, well within a healthy BMI. But then people readjusted their image of me after a bit and the comments stopped (then started again when I went down to 8st but that's a whole other story Wink ) So maybe the weirdness will stop after a bit?

LLL I'm not quite there on the wearing summer clothes I wouldn't have dreamed of last year, but that's my own fault! I'm feeling good in the ones I'm in though.

Lizzy 's pic looks fab and yay for the new hair Bssh - any more chiefly makeovers? Tea have you been hitting the vintage shops again?

Off to stay with the folks next Friday, won't be able to swim so often sigh but hoping to get in a few Highland lochs for some open water practice that you just can't get in London unless you want to dodge trolleys and syringes in the local canal...

dinkydoos · 19/07/2013 12:05

Flipping heck lizzy you look great! And we'll done bsssh!
How's the headache tea, your evening sounded fun!
Have a lovely weekend all, and good hols to bssh and buzzy , like the sound of swimming in highland lochs then eating shortbread afterwards

buzzybuzzybeeshoes · 19/07/2013 12:26

No shortbread for me dinky but will have to contend with my dad's cooking - very nice but NO regard for calories etc. He once made an ay.may.zing macaroni cheese. Was halfway through a plateful when I asked "this is fantastic, what's in it?" He looked at me like Hmm and said "just macaroni and a big block of cheese, of course"

Lizzylou · 19/07/2013 17:14

Enjoy beaches and loch swimming Buzzy and Bssh, sounds fab.

You are all very kind re: photo BUT I was holding a colleagues delicious newborn baby girl and my ovaries were pinging like mad! I have lost some jowlage though, so that's good.

Been an emotional day. Went to mass with school, volunteered to walk the children back up to school from church which I have never done in the 4 years they've been there Blush Lots of emotional yr 6s, pickup was even worse, kids, parents and teachers crying. Ds2 was sobbing as he is leaving infants and his favourite TA.
