Come and sign up if you want to join us. We start on Monday and Bootcamp will run for 10 weeks.

Each week we will weigh in using the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness which is set up and maintained by the lovely WillieWaggleDagger.

You will also see, if you look at the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet, the rules as well as the list of allowed veg, and all manner of other resources to help you.

So that Willie can get the spreadsheet set up in time for our first weigh-in on Monday, please can you all sign in if you want to join?

I'll start the list, so just add your name and then cut and past the list and re-post it.

Joining bootcamp for the first time - I think I posted on the wrong thread yesterday. Been LCing for a couple of days with a couple of transgressions but already losing the bloat. BIWI do we add our weight to the spreadsheet ourselves? Thank you
