Hey new thread since our old stopping smoking and not gaining-too--much weight has been lost from chat! BOO!!!

I am not a good role model however as I HAVE piled on a stone, well 12 lbs now, since giving up the cigs.
This must be rectified!
Hence joining in the club section!

Swimming was fab ..didn't frighten any innocents. Bobbed around in the baby pool while the rest of the family whooshed down slides and shoots

Buy them from the bakers...too nice!

Hair is a keratin treatment that is meant to leave hair silky smooth, we will see!

I have swimming lessons this evening for kids. So laughing at your comment about frightening innocents, we don't ask for much really!
Not really my fave time, in baby pool which is warm and a dubious colour.

I'm shattered , it's been so hot today and I've been so busy it's really taken it out of me
I had a glass of rosé with my dinner and its finished me off

We have some friends that live about 10 houses down the road, they have kids the same ages as ours and we consider them our family, literally see each other all the time, we go on holiday abroad with them every year too and have done so for the last 10 years, it's so nice because the kids have all grown up together and we couldn't imagine them not in our lives.
My DH and his friend met as young lads and travelled the world together back packing as teenagers before marrying and having kids with us wives and luckily she is like another sister to me.
Anyhoo I'm waffling but that's my excuse for Saturday nights antics, it is a regular occurrence , especially in the summer months

All good here...well I'm back at work and haven't been charged with murder or jumped off a bridge!

Am very excited about the nice weather we've had, makes everyone smile.

Still going to classes, and lots of them due to the bikini fear!
Combat, pump, attack, metafit, LBT ...you name it I'm there! one lung hanging out and sweating oh so attractively
Do 2 or 3 in a row so I'm not out so many nights, have also taken to lolloping about the estate in a jogging lurching style.

You jinxed the weather though didnt ya? Twas OK this morn but has pissed down all afternoon.

Hahaha! The jogging, stagger effort is done at 6am or before to avoid the neighbours and ensure dh is in for kids!

Think my life will be a lifelong battle on the food front.
Lost quite a bit of weight a few years ago now and am constantly having to watch what I eat. Much happier at this size as I can do much more so it's worth the deprivation
Think I am a greedy bugger though and could quite happily chow til discomfort

My only news is I invested in a pair of skyscraper heels yesterday which is sooo not me as I'm tall.

Weekend whizzed by and kids worn out here too
Congrats on the shoes , I don't wear heels much ever either, not because I'm tall I'm just intolerant of the pain and can't walk in them very well but they look lovely in the wardrobe
