Hey new thread since our old stopping smoking and not gaining-too--much weight has been lost from chat! BOO!!!
I am not a good role model however as I HAVE piled on a stone, well 12 lbs now, since giving up the cigs.
This must be rectified!

We have sunshine today and possibly forecast for Sunday.
Military precision planning required in order that we get as much sunshine time as possible
I've been at my classes and started jogging kindofa well limping and lurching around the estate at 6am so no one witnesses my humiliation
Am off to google jaw wiring for the weekend as that's when I undo all my efforts, and holiday time is looming

Well...not a single bit of sunshine here at the weekend 
Nada!
Infact it was looking like we should invest in canoes yesterday we had soooo much rain. Boo.
Clubs ahoy today so keeping busy.
Been good on the food front so far maybe because I done 2 classes with a new instructor and my body's so sore I can't raise food to my lips!

The toothache has gone amazingly...thought I had a hole or summinck but no just too much eating I guess...another reason to rein it in now and just have three meals a bloody day !! It's not rocket science is it ? Gah !

How's the eating going?
I've been good again today, I'm on a roll..til the weekend again I suppose but I weren't too bad this weekend so there is hope!
It never stopped raining here today, we slobbed about at home all day!
The cupboard s are pretty bare so that's helped, must do a shop tomorrow
A big shop without going over the top ! He he sorry I'm being silly now

Well...did you go over the top at the shop?
Eating going fine. Work puts me off life at times never mind eating drama queen!
Even managed to get back into some jeans that haven't fitted since Xmas...the holiday fear has soooo kicked in.
Not hankered after a cig either today, so all good.
Hope the rain goes away and you can get out and about with the kids, cabin fever is not good.
Only 2 days til weekend.

Holiday fear is good really isn't it
I was doing great but spoiled it for myself last night with a big huge bag of walkers sensations (Peking five spice) God they are delicious!

Weather has been totally and utterly crap...been doing lots of slobbing
Did a big online shop and bought loads of crap sensations
