Hey new thread since our old stopping smoking and not gaining-too--much weight has been lost from chat! BOO!!!

I am not a good role model however as I HAVE piled on a stone, well 12 lbs now, since giving up the cigs.
This must be rectified!
Hence joining in the club section!

I've calmed down
I started a thread in chat and some people said that they've had this and it's been diagnosed as inter-cranial hypertension and some other much less scary things
Dd has had no more headaches this week, she got her new glasses yesterday and touch wood they suit her fine
And I have held onto that if they thought it was serious she would have been seen by now
I went to our gp too and he talked me down as well
So I've caught up on some sleep, regained my appetite and feel much stronger than I did a few days ago
for being there Fran
I will let you know as soon as she is called up to see this specialist
DH is taking her,because I just crumble and blub and forget what they've said , and I don't ask any questions, I just google when I get home

To top it off we went to visit ds1 on Sunday and it was wonderful to see him, but heart wrenching to say goodbye, he won't be back for another fortnight and I miss him loads

I'm great at having babies and keeping them warm and fed and getting them to school on time etc but when something goes wrong I Go. To. Pieces. I'm not as strong as I'd like to be and it's frustrating but that's where cool, calm, and collected DH comes in I suppose

Nowt to report here
Spoke to someone at the hospital who assured me that an appointment is on it's way and that if dd s condition gives me cause for concern to bring her straight in, blah blah blah
She is driving me mad though, fighting with the others, giving me a load of lip, perfectly her normal self
So I'm so much calmer than I was this time last week

We are off to dentist this afternoon, the joy !
In fact dd has to have a tooth pulled out because of an abscess ? It's not causing her any pain or discomfort but I'm even wondering if there is an infection of somesort in her gum that has sent her optic nerve funny clutches straws

Sorry mate but the weather has been glorious down here, we had a couple of showers yesterday but apart from that it's warm and sunny
We had a great weekend, I thrown a bit of a wobbler last night because the Grand Prix was on and I'm sick of it !

I've got conjunctivitis and I can't see very well, my eyes are itchy and watery and stuck together in the mornings. Just got some ointment from the chemist though
Just wrapped a few Xmas presents too....go me !

My eyes are itchy and sore and I'm struggling to see
I went docs today and he told me to go straight to eye casualty
Arghhhhh that place again !
I'm going in the morning
And while I'm there I'm going to chase up dds appointment
I scraped my wheel arch on our front wall this morning
I've done it to every. Single. Car. I've. Owned
But arghhhh! Not the boogie bus !
Pissed off . Can't see well enough to drive !
Got my sister over, got DH off tomorrow
But I got a big mallet Fran and knocked half the pissing wall down!

My eyes are not on the mend yet:( I have a bacterial and viral infection in them apparently
They did some swabs and said it's basically got to run its course, blimey it's been over 3 weeks since first symptoms
Still not had dds appointment through, I'll give it til Friday then play merry hell
I didn't have a take away on Saturday but DH cooked
Sunday we went out for lunch too, so can't complain
