Hey new thread since our old stopping smoking and not gaining-too--much weight has been lost from chat! BOO!!!

I am not a good role model however as I HAVE piled on a stone, well 12 lbs now, since giving up the cigs.
This must be rectified!
Hence joining in the club section!

Donnadoon hope you find this thread.

Everyone else pile in, join and be happy or miserable bastard ex smokers

Ha ha ha
It took me ages to figure that out
I was staring at the screen for ages thinking wtf
...and then I got it
Thankyou :)
I'm recovering from the snot fest
How are you ?
Still going excercise class?
Shifted the holiday pounds if there was any yet ? Grin
It'll soon be Christmas dontchaknow !

FrantasticO · 29/09/2013 17:50

Donnadoon · 30/09/2013 18:32

Hiya Im all good now thanks pal
Gotta stop eating chocolate. Im getting fat and spotty
Nice and chilled though, growing a a new hopefully healthy big baby
Im 19 weeks this week, its flying by
Hope youre not working too hard, Hows your weight loss/gain situation? (for want of a better description)
Im not too worried about mine because I tend to shift it fairly quickly and what with breast feeding and running around after 5 kids Im sure ill be jumping back off of the wardrobe back into my size 10s in no time !! Grin

FrantasticO · 30/09/2013 22:04

Once again you have me laughingGrin

You are a maddie with your wardrobe antics, but I do laugh at the thought of you, with five wee ones beseeching you not to jump!!! Heh heh Grin

Work is in a nutshell shit.
What can ya do? Need the money and at least the folk I work with are nice so it's not all bad!

I'm still losing and gaining that same bloody 10 pounds!
Think it might be a lifelong game [sigh]
Still gyming it and going to classes, great destresser!

Anyway, enough of all that malarkey...nineteen weeks!
Whoop whoop, you're halfway there girl!!
You'll not need to think of diet or wardrobes or weightloss at all, five kids will have you whittled down to a slip of a thing!

How exciting, you'll be noticeably bumpy now!
I loved the second trimester, bumpy but not huge and over the worst of the bone wearying tiredness.
Hat off to you, you're doing amazing keeping everything going!

Just think you'll not need to be worrying about cigs after this one either cos you have gave up for so long.
Be wary though as I have up when pregnant and went back on them 4 months after birth.
I will be here to kick your butt if you even think of it, so don't worry!

Anyhoos massive post!

Take it easy.

Hi Fran
I'm here at last
Been soooooo busy doing nothing
I'm getting so tired, only 20 weeks
Takes all my time to see to the kids and do my housework
Haven't had chance to read the paper this week literally
I nearly fell asleep parked outside school this afternoon waiting for gates to be opened, it's ridiculous
I'm excited to have my 20 week scan tomorrow
Might, just might find out what sex I'm having for the first time ever
I never found out with the others, but it would be very handy to know this time, bedroom and clothes wise etc
Although I have 2 of each so I really don't mind what it is as long as all is well
You watch, the little so and so will have its legs crossed Grin
In other news Fran I'm fat!! Very fat !!
:)

FrantasticO · 11/10/2013 19:10

Hey donna!
Excited for you that you got your scan today!
20 weeks, you're allowed to be tired.
Oh and your not fat, you're preggers! daft bat

Hope you're little one waved at you when scanned today Grin

I'm tired and fat and not even ruddy pregnant

However that may be a mixture of pmt and the cold talking!Grin
Need to lose that 7lbs again

Early night for me, we are all sniffing and sneezing!

Now I have a just turned one year old that is .INTO. EVERYTHING.
Bless her she is lovely though
Soon be Xmas Fran , try and shift a couple of pounds to make room for some mince pies which I am shamefully consuming 2 a day ATM
Grin
Im gonna be a whale by Febuary

FrantasticO · 15/10/2013 22:03

Aww so glad to hear from you, was thinking you might have the lurgy again and didn't want to look like a stalker shouting cooee every day!

A girl, that's lovely! She will be best buds with your one yr old!
I love girls, keep suggesting the next one would be a boy to dh, but he's not for taking me on! bugger that he is I love him really Grin

I bet you're shattered running about, I can remember the 1 yr old stage well Grin

Enjoy your mince pies, you deserve them!
And rest when you can, if on the couch who cares?
As long as you get some zzzzs

I'm firmly in the weight loss zone, been at two classes today. rusty halo being polished

No more biscuits or vino for a while and all will be well! pity I like he biscuits though Grin

Rest, eat and be happy.
You're doing a sterling job!

A girl, whoop whoop!!!

OP posts:
FrantasticO · 17/10/2013 21:34

Just checking in!

Hope you have you're feet up and are pumping out many zzzzs Grin

OP posts:
Donnadoon · 18/10/2013 20:56

Yay you keep polishing that halo Fran
Well done you!
I am soooo heavy dare not go on the scales
Did I tell you that the baby measured a bit on the big side for my dates Blush
First time for everything, my babies have always measured bang on for dates
Oh well I'd prefer a big bouncing baby to an under weight one
I'm sure it must be cus I'm all healthy now and it's nothing to do with the mince pies oh no Grin

FrantasticO · 19/10/2013 22:03

Of course it not the mince pies!
It's just being pregnant!

My nine and a half pound baby was the easiest to get out! maybe force of gravity?!?
You've done it before and are doing great now, you're on the countdown!

Halo still being polished blardy boring though Grin

Have family party with outlaws next week, it will be grim, I want to look GOOD!
Might have to get the polyfilla make up out!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend

Howdy partner
Sorry I keep going on the missing list
The kids break up for a week on Friday
I'll be glad for some rest bite from the constant merry go round of school run, sports clubs, college commitments, forgotten pe kits and lunch bags so another trip up the school, and the school ain't on my doorstep
And I'm a SAHM ATM
How did I fit it all in when I was working?
I expect yours have had half term already? Cus they went back earlier than mine?
Glad you're still on the straight and narrow and I'm sure you'll look lovely for your outlaws sod em anyway, I've lost patience with mine
Ta ra for now Grin

FrantasticO · 22/10/2013 21:49

Sod em indeed!

Mines are just back, we had a great week off.
It's lovely not having to rush about and to get to get out of the house without the usual harassment!
Back to school this week and they are shattered.

You will be so looking forward to a week off with your brood, get them feet up as much as possible!

All I am hearing is Halloween, Santa, Halloween costumes, christmas pantos etc... You get the picture I'm sure!
How did it get to be October so fast?

That's 10 months we are off the cigs and been chatting the chat on here!
And you have also managed to make a new person! Grin
Time is flying this year.

Take it easy and catch up later in the week.

Feet up, and that's an order!

OP posts:
FrantasticO · 26/10/2013 08:56

Hiya
Woo for the weekend
How'd it go with the outlaws ?
I have decided to host a Halloween party this year eek
I've accumulated lots of decorations over the years
Bought a pumpkin pinnata from wilkos yeSterday
I'm going to cook jacket potatoes, sausages, chilli etc
Have copious amounts of sweets around for the kids
Dig out a spooky cd I've got somewhere
Invite the neighbours round
I'm quite excited actually Grin

FrantasticO · 27/10/2013 19:42

Whhhhhoooooooooooo [ghostly sounds]

Your party sounds great, we have one on Tuesday!
Dooking for apples ang guess the gruesome object goes down well!

Outlaws were fine, very twee and very pleased with themselves some of them, but on the hole fine!

I ate a months worth and have come home to find the heating is not working...am comforting myself that the extra calories will be body fat for warmth!

Enjoy your party, you'll be tired out at the end of it my bumpy friend, but good on you!

Hiya

Did you get any storms your way?
We didnt, it completely mossed us thankfully
We went out on a nice family walk and did a bit of shopping browsing yesterday
it was nice because the last few sundays it has rained and been miserable
I have made a start on xmas shopping though, I have got the kids 4 presents each so far, not bad, but still a bloody long way to go Grin
