Not gone on bike, Im rubbish. I have been too busy faffing on the net and doing a practise exam for an exam I have on Tuesday so Ive not been completely wasting my time.
Hopefully as I get into this more I will learn what is better for me. Plus I need to get to a routine with exercise again. Need to pick up my running etc. Im 198 over and if I went on my bike Id only be a couple of calories over, but I did like how it told me if everday was like today in 5 weeks Id weigh 11st 6 so that would be 3lbs in the right direction

I might change MFP again to lose 0.5lbs a week and put it up to 1lb a week once the weather gets better and I am out running more. Unfortunately I live rurally in the hills and when it snows, it can get really icy and Id rather not risk injury just to go for a run.
Right I have changed again to lose 0.5lbs a week. Once the weather turns and Spring finally arrives I will up that to 1lb a week. That is my new plan. I said myself months ago that during the winter I will try to maintain or at least not put on too much weight and in summer I will start to lose again. If I can do what I have done in the last year which is lose a stone over summer and only put on 5lbs over winter then in 3 years or so I will be where I want to be. Its all the hot chocolates. I am going to buy options on Friday, I finished what we did have in today.
Sorry to have rambled today, but thanks for putting up with me while I work out what I was going to do.
