welcome bawd :) boiled eggs, ham slices, pate on cucumber/celery, chicken thighs, cold low carb sausages, lettuce & mayo, babybels are all things that are safe to snack on. Coffee, limit to 2 a day if you can, driink it black or with cream :)
Well, just did another Zumba class! Wasnt as tired out this time,, thankfully. I have 3 and a half weeks to build up to the 8 hour Zumbathon 
Food today -
B - 2 egg, 2 bacon, mushrooms, mayo at a cafe
L - 2 chicken thighs with skin & mayo
S before Zumba - 2 pork belly slices
D - DH wanted a takeaway, so I had the roast platter from our local Chinese (chicken, pork & dry spare ribs). I added a couple of teaspoons of the gravy that came with it.
