Im pretty sure Im eating well enough, Im aiming for fat, carbs and protein with each meal, of course the carbs coming from salad and veg on the allowed list. Im trying my best to eat even if I dont feel like it and Im drinking enough water.
I am having more like 3 coffees a day though, rather than 2 and I wonder if I am ballsing up on the protein front? - I REALLY cant eat steak or big hunks of chicken breast etc I really cant stomach it, its grim. I usually have eggs for breakfast, salad and tuna mayo/prawns whatever for lunch, and dinner tends to vary more - sometimes I'll make a low carb spag bol/chilli/etc and have salad or veg or cauli rice with that.
Im not having sugar, sweeteners, anything I shouldnt and Im walking for about 60 mins each day on the school run. I'll walk even more when the weather warms up because I always do 
Any ideas?
