Morning - well, t'is only 10am here.
Ok - so i weighed myself and have lost 1.5 lbs - so am back to just under per- Christmas weight. Only 50-60 lbs to go - hahahaha.
Anyway, that makes me feel better. Yesterday was ok, but I got home from taking ds to scouts and dh decided to be helpful, and made dinner for the first time in aaaaggggeeess. He is great at loads of things, but not cooking. So we had pasta arrabiata and garlic bread. Not exactly a great meal hohummm, but I was careful and only went over my calories by a little.
Tonight could be a disaster, so I need to be careful. We are going to a friend's surprise birthday dinner at a Brazilian steak house - so meat sweats for sure. Atkins - anybody?
I ahve made sure I start well - no fat yoghurt. blueberries and cashews for breakfast and I am still stuffed, so there is an alternative to porridge! These are the types of changes I need to figure out!
