Gosh some of you are making great progress. Well done.

my right thigh is over 2 foot! And my left thigh is an inch bigger. My waist is 33inches. I'm a pear-shaped freak. Could it be I'm using a B&Q DIY tape measurer? Or is it because I play hockey? I wonder if my dressing gown cord will be better.

Low carbing as well as exercise for me. Like Have just eaten scrambled egg (x2) and almonds.

I've been to the gym to cross train for 7km. From now on I'm only allowed on the bus with the toddler and no sneaky taxis.

I think I might have to add some friends on MFP so I feel someone is watching me!

I was happy not knowing my thighs officially thunderous as opposed to just thinking they were.

I like to be shouted at . A couple of times it's kept me in line thinking "what's the point of cheating at this?" and the shame of MFP showing my gluttony. I did have a breakfast thing at ikea this morning though, but I left the sausage and hash brown and shared the rest with dd anyway.

Lunch went well. I wasn't even hungry today and counting down the minutes until it was time to eat.

I am also not measuring my thighs until i start exercising. I have a cross trainer and i have been known to shred but I tend to find I stop 'losing' weight as the fat becomes muscle which weighs more and I find that disheartening. So I aim to lose half a stone then hit the exercise and will use the measurements then to prove i am getting smaller even when the scales otherwise!

keep going ladies. We are doing it!

I'm not weighing in again until Mon, starting to feel nervy already but hopefully that will stop me over eating at the weekend!

I have 613 cals left for dinner tonight, anyone have any ideas of what I could eat?

Morning - well, t'is only 10am here.

Ok - so i weighed myself and have lost 1.5 lbs - so am back to just under per- Christmas weight. Only 50-60 lbs to go - hahahaha.

Anyway, that makes me feel better. Yesterday was ok, but I got home from taking ds to scouts and dh decided to be helpful, and made dinner for the first time in aaaaggggeeess. He is great at loads of things, but not cooking. So we had pasta arrabiata and garlic bread. Not exactly a great meal hohummm, but I was careful and only went over my calories by a little.

Tonight could be a disaster, so I need to be careful. We are going to a friend's surprise birthday dinner at a Brazilian steak house - so meat sweats for sure. Atkins - anybody?

I ahve made sure I start well - no fat yoghurt. blueberries and cashews for breakfast and I am still stuffed, so there is an alternative to porridge! These are the types of changes I need to figure out!

Well done to all the chiefs for persevering! It is much more fun to do it with your support!

I went for the fattest bit, too. Maybe that's where I'm going wrong.
Fern I have just made dinner for tonight. I was a bit worried because I don't see this as a healthy or diet meal. I have made potato and mushroom curry (also has aubergine in it). I accurately did the calories as I went along and it is only 309 cals, plus another 176 for 50 g rice. It is very yummy. It's on the bbcgoodfood website. The only thing I do differently is use fry light instead of a tablespoon of oil. I'll freeze half and then that's an easy meal for next week as well.

Trouble is, the smell is making me hungry now Grin

LOL Sassy. Mine might be Jjinormous tits too. How anyone can pay thousands to have them increased to this size I have no idea.
Back from school, children are instantly ravenous and I have the munchies but am trying to be in CONTROL.

Well, I fell off the wagon a bit and skipped breakfast (wasn't hungry, so forgot) and then had McDonalds for lunch. I already have soup in the fridge at work (currently pretending to work) so I know I'll have a healthy dinner. Pretty carb heavy though, as it's leek, potato and cheddar soup.

I've done Ripped in 30 today so I don't feel too bad. And the builders have promised Hmm to finish the kitchen today so I will get the painting done tomorrow and clean everything and I should be able to get all the kitchen stuff out of the spare room and into the kitchen. Then I'll have no excuse not to have healthy homemade food! I've felt a bit like I've had one hand tied behind my back trying to eat healthily with only a microwave to cook with!

I'm definitely going to have to meal plan for nutritional purposes - I know I don't get enough calcium/iron etc. I'm finding MFP a bit annoying with the layout to check the vitamins bit, as I can't see how to access that bit on the website, just on my phone? I think I'm going to find it a real challenge to meet the carb/protein/fat ratio and get all the daily requirements of calcium etc - I find that much more difficult than just counting calories not that I've calculated I could keep within calorie limits and eat at McDonalds every day, oh no

Oh, and I've made my food diary open on MFP - I didn't realise it wasn't before. Of course, only I would realise this on the day I've fallen off the wagon.

I just realised that I havent done The Shred today. I didnt have time this morning.

So when the kids go to bed instead of crashing with a glass of low fat wine as planned,, I will be jumping round like a loon.

That is so very very depressing.

I didn't know you could get low fat wine. I have given up for January anyway but mentally storing it for Feb!
I have made fairy cakes for the children, so I need to choose (the possibility of) being thin rather than eating one. As soon as the first lot have been scoffed (not by me) I am freezing for packed lunches so the danger zone is only for a short period.

I am trying the sweet potatoe wedges for tea with roasted veg & chicken in a bad, smells delishious.

I am not finding it hard to stick to at the moment which is good for me, so far !

Definatly not measuring my thunder thighs as i dont think we own 2 tape measures.

As for boobage i`d say my back tits are bigger than my front, never a good luck [Embarrassed]

Sadly the only two areas of my body which aren't fat are my arse and tits. What kind of bollocks is that?
