The thigh measuring thing - I'm assuming we mean each thigh, not tape round both.

Each thigh - 21 inches
Both - 34 inches

Legs aren't the problem here - its hip slugs aka muffin top and tittage.

laurenamium · 11/01/2013 09:16

Just dug out my measurements list- I measure at the beginning of every month, and I have 20 inch thighs. But in may last year they were 24.5 inches! I would recommend writing monthly inches, it's interesting to see where the weight comes off! Since may I lost 8 inches off my waist and 4 inches off each thigh but only half an inch off my arms!

Lizzylou · 11/01/2013 09:24

Well done to the losers.

Maureen is rather fierce, eh?

I would far prefer smaller bust and be lean and lithe. I look matronly a la Gladys Emmanuel at present.

Pinot · 11/01/2013 09:31

We need the fierce.

WiseKneeHair · 11/01/2013 09:36

lauren I think I'm a " before" version of you. Definitely would love to lose all those inches off my waist and thighs.

I've been kicking ass on the January shred thread this morning got a bit worked up so if you want fierce, I am happy to kick some ass here Grin

BupcakesAndCunting · 11/01/2013 09:38

Morning chiefs!

"Oh and boob wise am a 34GG.

DH calls me Gina G"

LOL! I am FF and DH calls me F....f...ucking big tits.

WELL DONE Lauren and Pinot. That is ACE! I have lost about 4lbs (hard to tell an accurate amount on my medieval scales)

I'm sure I will pile it all back on tomorrow though :(

juneybean · 11/01/2013 09:42

Ahh stop measuring your thighs I'm like 30"

laurenamium · 11/01/2013 09:45

Well done bupcakes 4 pounds is fantastic!

BupcakesAndCunting · 11/01/2013 09:46

Thank you Lauren. Although, I am popping out to get some digital scales on my lunch break and will probably be broken-hearted to find I have put 4 lbs ON. Grin

DoubleMum · 11/01/2013 09:47

I've had the same bras for so long I don't even know what my cup size is any more. Supersize anyway.
4 lbs is ace Bupcakes

DoubleMum · 11/01/2013 09:48

I put a new battery in my digital scales and suddenly I weighed more, so don't do that.

hugoagogo · 11/01/2013 10:09

I have lost an inch from my waist Smile

I'm sure I used to have some scales, but i must have hid them. Anyway tape measure will do for now.

So 4 days = 1 inch that means, erm 32 days to lose 8 inches yeah?

BupcakesAndCunting · 11/01/2013 10:12

Well done Hugo! An inch is great.

Incidentally, alady at my work lost a massive amount of weight and she wears she didn't eight herself once, just went by how she felt in her clothes. Seriously, she lost about 6 stone and she's kept it off!

Kick out the pots, huge salad actually like this one here obvs without the burgers but that salad is fan tactic along with a good old crunchy green salad and beet root :)

PoohBearsHole · 11/01/2013 10:28

I should so post when's this rather than two hours later!

GetOrf · 11/01/2013 10:39

I remember last year measuring my waist with dd's shatterproof ruler (no tape measure in the house).

Didn't work very well.

Then XP looked at me as if I was a complete moron and said why didn't I use a piece of string to measure my waist, then measure the bit of string on the ruler.

I just huffed and puffed and said 'YOU find a ball of string in this house then dumbass'

I ended up doing it with a dressing gown cord. That didn't work much either.

Pinot · 11/01/2013 11:00

Had a glass of Alpro vanilla flavour soya milk. 50 cals or something like that -= tasted like one of those Vanilla Frijj milkshakes. SCORE.

Gerroff, XP's are always twats. Hence the X.

StairsInTheNight · 11/01/2013 11:31

Virtual gastric band arrived today. Going to read it tonight and listen to CD.

After yesterdays trauma am getting back on it today. I wavered this morning and it was only this thread that made me think I need to continue.

So NO I WON'T GET OFF THE THREAD FFS.

StairsInTheNight · 11/01/2013 11:34

I never knew there was 200 cals in a banana. What a waste of calories!

DoubleMum · 11/01/2013 11:47

MFP is telling me there's 105 cals in my banana Stairs, have you got special fat bananas? (And yes stay here!)

StairsInTheNight · 11/01/2013 11:56

I logged it as 'medium banana' and it said 200. I tried 2 different ones on MFP, same result. I want the 105 cal version!

Top Tip: Do not press tongue to roof of mouth and look in mirror, unless you want to see how you would look as Jabba the Hutt.

shine0ncrazydiamond · 11/01/2013 11:57

Morning < just >

Been busy this morning so just eaten for the first time today.

Bowl of chopped pink lady apple, half an avocado, salad leaves, grated carrot, quorn slices, cottage cheese and cucumber, drizzled with blood orange balsamic vinegar. So I'm stuffed now. Not sure of calories but somewhere in the region of 500 I should think.

namechanger11111 · 11/01/2013 12:15

I had a sneaky weigh this morning and I've lost 3lbs since Tuesday! I will wait until Tuesday to weigh again before I log it just incase I imagined it or something.

I have discovered the delights of Special K Cracker crisps, they are very yummy and only 92 cals for 21. Crisps are my main weakness so while these are a great replacement, I bought 4 boxes and they're calling me. If they weren't in the house I wouldn't be wanting them.

Pinot · 11/01/2013 12:35

I get the "kids bananas" from lidl - they're small (under 6" long) so come in as less cals. But you still feel like you've had a snack.

Gluten free rolls/pasta are less calories than normal versions. Just had cauli soup & roll - 188 & 165 cals.

DoubleMum · 11/01/2013 12:40

Well done one 3 lbs namechanger
I also just had cauli soup and a roll Pinot but my roll was considerably more. There's one left and I'm throwing it away now.
