Weighed myself just now as I am at the gym (sitting on my arse watching kids do gymnastics!) as I don't own any scales.

I have a big wool Jumper, long sleeved top, vest, jeggings. How many pounds do u reckon I should deduct....

Bups....are your scales electronic? I took mine back because they were inconsistent.

Not sure what is for tea yet....and really can't be arsed to cook.

I once had a personal trainer and he said to me that you should weigh yourself a minimum of 3 times when you weigh and take the average.

I live in hope that I will end up a couple of pounds lighter than I was when I first weighed in!

I think my problem is being too busy to eat all day, and then falling like a pack of dogs onto the nearest food I see at 7 and eating a whole days cal allowance in one meal.

Dc had veg curry with naan bread for dinner.

I couldn't resist the naan bread. I've added it to mfp though and I'm still under as long as I don't eat anything else other than my dinner today.

And I did Shred today. But I dont add the exercise to mfp because I dont want the extra calories.

Gutted I ate white carbs though. Been trying to avoid them.
