I've lost my christmas weight plus a pound so far but am waiting til Monday to update MFP as that's a week since I started with you chiefs!

Oh dear, chinese pork followed by a stroopwafel may have tipped me over the edge today. dh was cooking and I haven't told him I am dieting.

It seems stupid, but if I tell him he will probably start as well and lose a stone in a week whilst still having chocolate. Envy

Hello everyone! I knew I was going out for a big lunch today so never had breakfast to save calories for then! I'm still full now too so probably won't have tea so ill be under my calories Grin I know it's not the healthiest way but one day won't hurt puts head back in sand

I've just looked at my MFP weight report for the past year. Depressingly if I lose 10lb more I'll be back to the weight I was this time last year.

Still, at least I'm back on track.

I've also planned evening meals for the next 4 days which means there is no excuse for stuffing myself with rubbish food when get home from work.

For some reason having only managed to do 1 day of level 1 and 2 of level 2 of the shred (which i am now thoroughly bored with) i decided to have a go at level 3 today. oh my god i thought i.was going to die (so i stuck with anita Grin) might go back to level 1 for a bit now but i can hear my knees groaning and creaking. cant stand that noise! The dog is getting a bit porky too so i reckon he can join me on c25k when i finally buy some decent trainers

I've got about 400 cals left. I don't understand how.

I'm not hungry but feel I should eat as MFP is telling me off.

I don't know what to have though. It seems daft to eat when I'm not hungry and I don't want it.

Tbh we just sat around a table in a couple of local pubs, no fancy wine bars or clubbing or anything, so all I did was enter one pint before I left then I just changed the quantity on my phone each time I got back from the bar.

I know it's not exactly 'correct' to have logged it over the two days but it's really helped me to stay on track and not just give it up as a lost day iyswim.

I made it and then used it for making soup the following day/ day later. It was fab!

I had popcorn for my evening meal :( what was I thinking?

OMG - I nearly died! But the spinning class was weirdly fun, in a "I managed to not throw up, I am so proud" kind of way. I will definitely go back! If I can ever walk again...

Pooh - is popcorn that bad? it should be a good food, unless it was covered in butter or caramel.

I am making Korean beef for supper, and cooking veg soup to have around and kill temptation over the next few days. Keep it up chiefs, we can do this!

Spin is great.

I am going to do a gym triathlon tonight - 20 lengths, 5 miles bike, 2.5 miles run.

Have not done it before but dd has.

My weekend went all over the place - no exercise apart from semi-pissed rowing, and eating all day yesterday.

Back in the zone today.

Forgot to weigh myself this morning as had to leave the house stupidly early, so will see what it says tomorrow.

Morning chiefs.

Well I just want to cry this morning. Just weighed myself and I appear to have re-gained the 4lbs I lost over the last week! WTAF?! I feel so disheartened and ANGRY. I know I did some good eating on saturday but I was only about 400 cals over and I definitely had cals left over from other days to absorb that.

I am pissed off. Also, I am wondering whether my anti-depressants are to blame. I am sure that they are the reason I stacked this weight on in the first place (started taking them last January and have piled 3 stone on in that time) and I am wondering whether they are stopping me from losing the weight?

Pfffffffft. I'm not giving in though.

Today is weigh in day - aiming for twice a week as I don't see the point in doing it more often. Hopefully there will be a deficit. I miss Shred but with 2 DCs to love on my own it ain't happening!

Bupcakes at SW they always say to look at your weight over a longer period - say over a month rather than a week.
