I can't even bring myself to type in my weight because I am so ashamed :(

I need to lose 3.5 stone before the end of May (going on holiday with a thin friend) I am doing My Fitness Pal (calorie counting) and I am going to do 1200 calories a day. It's brutal I know but then so was the reading on my scales this morning.

Morning... Hope everyone feeling ready to tackle another day of blancmange-busting!

Have done well for the last two days, but am approaching the time where usually I think it's all too hard to stay focused. A month today I stopped smoking but have to really try to not just replace fags with chocolate. Need you ladies to keep me on track. Have a fancy dress party in a few weeks where there a strong possibility I will be wearing some kind of Victorian-style underwear/nightie thing (strange friends) - so need to get this gunt off NOW.

Good morning! I have just had my porridge and banana and am doing the school run on foot, then am going for a slightly longer walk after I am small child free.

I have not inputted MFP meals yet.

tigerfeet I was a diet coke fiend at one time, about 5 cans a day minimum. Gross. I just stopped and switched to fizzy mineral water. Had to be ICE cold though. Felt like a treat somehow. Good luck!

I still have maybe 1/can a week if I am out at a cafe or something. It can be done!

Also no booze since the 4th. Go me!

Having a nosy at everyone elses diaries and a lot of people came in a lot under the calorie target...i was 300 under but i might have missed some food out by accident or miscalculated i suppose!

I find if you absolutely HAVE to have chocolate that curly wurlys can be a good compromise, they only have 115 cals in them and theyre more like a full size bar. obviously not every day...last time i tried to lose weight i stocked up on curly wurlys and had 3 in 1 day Blush. This is why i have to cut out chocolate altogether Grin

It is very hard I think once you put something on and it looks even a tiny bit better fit you do get extra motivation. Mini bags of buttons good if you can't do without sugar midway through day about 75 cals

I have a very boring 1oz of cereal breakfast - it's the only thing I weigh but gets me in the right frame of eating-mind. I find if I don't weigh it out I tend to have much worse day in terms of eating crap and drinking wine

holy shitsticks I just did the full on weight analysis at Boots. Sob sob sob, terrible, oh god!

I am 5,4 9st 4 and have a BODY FAT MASS of 36% which is "poor" the worst it could be! Fucking hell!

My BMI is 21.5 (18-25 is the range) though so I am Confused can anyone help me and explain?

I want to shift at least a stone.

I weighed in this morning and haven't lost any but then I haven't gained either - I think the not drinking is helping Smile

Have just realised tomorrow is actual weigh in day (have to get it in prior to the weekend in case of accidental over drinking/eating!) So we shall see what I end up at tomorrow. I have done sod all exercise though so don't think it will make any difference.

I am currently deciding between the below for supper:
Low fat gammon stew
chicken and white bean stew
aubergine parmigane

The recipes are all around 400 cals or below (have main meal with dh you see) from the Good Food leaflet that came out this month - the chicken and bean is yummy as have had it before but I can't remember if I actually bought any chicken Confused so we shall see but I will go with your vote Grin

No, not slim enoough pinot. I am tiny top half but thick waist and big thighs. I am small bone as well so any extra weight looks daft really.

Well done on 2lbs loss. That's a great start.

It's always great entering your new weight on mfp and seeing weight loss in great big red letters. And then you can see the GRAPHS.

OK, so for tonights exercise I can do 45mins of Zumba (yay! tho Getorf may think I am mad) or 45mins of spinning (hardwork but fatbusting).

Then 2 days off gym/classes due to swimming lessons etc.

Should be spinning, eh?
