Melsy - I have been trying to save a some each day so I can have a drink at the weekend. You can save up to 4 point s a day.

melsy · 07/01/2004 22:28

I didnt think to accumulate them , I thought you could only add on 4 to another day, or is it just no less than 14 in day. So confused.

The thing is even after a good dinner tonight I am still hungry, I have been a BIG eater for yrs.I used to eat my dad under the table. They used to say I needed a nose bag!! You would laugh if u saw me as only petite person.

melsy · 07/01/2004 22:29

BTW Hulababy , that points sheet is FABO. Use ctrl F all the time, so much quicker than books.

Ailsa · 07/01/2004 22:31

Just warning everyone now, I WILL be having a fry-up on Monday morning in Tesco's! (See Sept Mums thread for reason - can't be bothered to go through the whole thing again)

melsy · 07/01/2004 22:45

ssooooo hungry - yuuuum fry up. How many points is that I wonder , a whole days??

Beccarollover · 07/01/2004 22:48

Alisa, you fully deserve it! Enjoy and get back on the waggon afterwards, hope everything goes well and its not too hard :D

Melsy I think you can only use 12 extra points a week I THINK, Ill check that out but I always save a few to get pissed "of a weekend" or take away or sweets whatever Ive been "saving" for

Demented · 07/01/2004 23:20

BR look forward to receiving those "motivational messages" .

I had a banana for breakfast, small amount of beans on two pieces of wholemeal toad, an apple, baked potato for dinner with tuna, prams, more beans and a small handful of cheese. Also had two more slices of toast (scraping of butter) with a cup of tea tonight (milk, no sugar). It looks alot when you write it down.

codswallop · 08/01/2004 13:10

went to flab watch - thank god I had started dieting before though, 10 10 , blimey - MUm said Dad had commented on my weight gain - thanks dad!

The deal wth transferable points is that its only 4 and not longer than a week - also exercise bonus points are only for abnormal exercise on top of what you normallty do....

I am way under every day.

recipe of hte day (MY mUms) shred dcabbage - white and carrot and cut cherry toms and a red peeper up and then add cottage cheese - only a spoonful and it takes ages to eat adcan only be 1 or two points max..Onion if you dont care about stinky breath.

dh was heard to ask how many points were in a banana today - if yoiu lot Knew him you would find that HilARIOUS!!

hope to lose a stone by half term really...
Iset My ww goal wight as 10 1 so that the weightins are free after that! - Cunning.

I think the 12 points bit comes in from the exercise bonus points. I saw Very Slim Friend yesterday - she's lost over 50lbs and looks absolutely amazing. She's going to become a WW leader in a couple of months so no bunking off for me when she does! Am going to join WW tonight.

Beccarollover · 08/01/2004 15:39

Just a reminder to send your weigh ins to the email [email protected] if you havent already! Announcement later (pounds lost only no public weight announcements)

Becca
