B: fancy scrambled eggs
L: salmon with prawn sauce and broccoli
T: salad
snack - alpro yoghurt
water 3 ltrs ish (might have been close to 4tbh)

Exercise: fuck all not even physio.

I am about ready to fall asleep in the corner. Absolutely shattered. I am setting double alarms for tomo and hoping, just hoping to not over sleep.

Doshusallie · 08/10/2012 21:03

Tea was 2 chicken breasts wrapped in cheese and bacon, with leeks, courgettes and mushrooms cooked in butter. Massive meal (who was talking about portion control? Blush)

Snacks have been 2 chunks of cheese and a slice of salami. andaginandtonic

butterflyexperience · 08/10/2012 21:12

Notagain I was going to suggest a fry up done in butter, but if your sick of it...

I dont think your getting enough fat into your breakfast hence the unsatisfied feeling. Thats the same with my dinner. I need more fat in it!

OrangeKat · 08/10/2012 21:13

Evening, I think you'd better take me off the spreadsheet Biwi. My kidneys have gone horridly wrong again, so no bootcamp for me- just moonfaced and fluid retention.
Keep it up bootcampers, I'll see you on the other side.....

LRDtheFeministDragon · 08/10/2012 21:16

That sounds painful, kat, hope you are coping.

Get well soon.

Doshusallie · 08/10/2012 21:20

Get well soon orangekat

WineGless · 08/10/2012 21:24

Orangekat, hope kidneys better soon. Always welcome to pop in for a chat you know...

Tea: lamb chops, Green beans Provençal and braised baby leeks. Bloody gorgeous though I say so myself. Will post recipe tomorrow. Can't keep eyes open, not like me. Night all

MrsHerculePoirot · 08/10/2012 21:47

Well done losers!

Thanks for sharing willie.

Long and complicated day - but managed oK except for one small biscuit.

PrincessSparkle86 · 08/10/2012 21:52

ewan i too was watching Nigella... Loved the look of that roast pork Smile, substitute the peas and artichokes(bleurgh) for some salad or other green veg and it'd be LC friendly Grin

caramelwaffle · 08/10/2012 21:53

Get well soon orangecat

Well done losers.

No lunch today. Dinner was lamb steaks with chopped chillis and mayonnaise.

2l water, another one to go.

First day back at gym today lifting/pushing weights

NigellasGhost · 08/10/2012 21:53

bacon and egg for dinner!
pudding will involve cream and coconut oil

MmeLindor · 08/10/2012 21:54

Great post willie.

I has schweinegeschnetzeltes tonight - strips of pork escalopes fried in butter with mushrooms and cream. Added some courgettes. Was delish.

Didn't drink enough though, I have just realised. Need to get still water tomorrow. We only have sparking.

caramelwaffle · 08/10/2012 21:54

Hmmmmm I have cream and coconut oil.

Maybe not Grin

Are you adding something else?

BigBroomstickBIWI · 08/10/2012 21:55

Orangekat - sorry to hear you're ill. Hope you get better soon.

butterfly - why not try making a mash with butter and cream for your evening meal? There's a recipe for celeriac and leek mash on the recipe thread, or you could make mashed swede, or mashed cauliflower.

caramelwaffle · 08/10/2012 21:56

It only took me 8 2 attempts to pronounce that correctly MmeL

BigBroomstickBIWI · 08/10/2012 21:59

My day:

B - cheese and shallot omelette (at 11.30)
L - roast breast of lamb, mixed green leaf salad with avocado and vinaigrette (at 4.30)
D - (after my evening class) large bowl yoghurt + vanilla

3 litres water and 3 cups coffee

NigellasGhost · 08/10/2012 22:27

caramel I added some vanilla essence

if you weren't on bootcamp you could also add a sprinkling of bournville cocoa powder

caramelwaffle · 08/10/2012 22:30

Well done Olivia

Did you warm it all up Nigella? That might be quite nice.

NigellasGhost · 08/10/2012 22:33

I only warmed the coconut oil, so that it could be poured into the cream.

if you weren't on bootcamp you could also add flaked almonds as well as the cocoa powder

caramelwaffle · 08/10/2012 22:43

I am craving cocopops so much right now! - something I never normally eat.

Righteo: cream and almond oil and coconut oil.

NigellasGhost · 08/10/2012 22:47

oh God what have I done! Grin

caramelwaffle · 08/10/2012 22:53

Ok. So.

Double cream (small amount) gently warmed in saucepan with oils.

Ruddy well Delicious. Found a dessert. Hooray

Thanks, Nigella Grin
