We've nearly grown out of the last thread here so i started the new one.

We're all doing different things but we're all here to support each other on the journey. We kick each other when we need it and offer sympathy when that's more appropriate.

Oh and forgot to say 3lb of for me . I have got that 12 as a first number firmly in my sights now by new year .Though go away next Monday for 5 days first

Gooniechoons · 26/11/2012 08:17

Wow well done human I have joined you hurrah! I am now 13.12 which I think might be a 3lb loss. Woo hoo! Although I can't recommend a weekend of only eating toast and hula hoops due to a sick bug rampaging through the house!

TheHumancatapult · 26/11/2012 08:19

JohnnyDeppsfuturewife · 26/11/2012 08:52

Well I am 1.8 lb lower than last week but I must've weighed myself every day iwas so frustrated at no loss last week. Stupid weight up and down like a yoyo every day. BMi is now 29.7 and weight 12 st 5 so I am getting excited about being in the 11s. I'd quite like to know how much dh weighs as I'm sure he's high 11s and I'd like to weigh less than him especially as he is 6 inches taller

human sorry about the return of chickenpox. goon hope you don't come down with anything, your hair sounds fab.

TheHumancatapult · 26/11/2012 10:28

Johnny

I find that and do try to stop myself from weighing in as sometimes seem less midweek then gutted when no lower on weigh in day But I just can't help a sneaky peek

Am pushing it this week . 60 mins of workout every day till next Monday today is done ANd So am I !!!

Gooniechoons · 26/11/2012 10:32

Well donejohnny !
Have given in and taken motilium I hate feeling sick and am doing emergency supply ths avo and would rather not chuck up all over my class!!!

I only weigh myself in the morning with nothing on and after a wee so I get a more accurate result!

CheckpointCharlie · 26/11/2012 10:55

cookieowner · 26/11/2012 10:59

Hi
ive lost another 1lb again this week so down to 12st 5. still plodding on slowly but keep reminding myself of my overall loss which is now 19lbs
i am pleased but wish i could have a bit bigger loss one week just to keep me motivated
I am away next week so need to definately be good this week in anticipation of meals out etc next week
I dont want to end up going backwards over Christmas either which is easy to do , although i dont even like any of the traditional food of xmas cake xmas pudding or mince pies , i hate them all!
well done to everyone on here for sticking at it still, it will be worth it in the end !

TheHumancatapult · 26/11/2012 11:25

Hi checkpointcharlie

I rember as a child going to see it when the wall still existed then going back seeing it after wall came down

Cookie 1lb a week is 4/5lb a month or almost 4 stone in a year

TheHumancatapult · 26/11/2012 11:29

Goonie hope it helps and you can mange this afternoon

I was in tshirt and jeans yesterday and someone was shocked at weightloss as I tend to wear baggy tshirts /jumpers infa t still wearing from my bigger days and my coat is erm very spacious even with big jumper under . But she said I should get some more fitted stuff but I been holding out till I lost more weight ( did but new trousers ) but anyone else buying new tops or holding out long as can

cookieowner · 26/11/2012 11:30

im holding out but all my clothes look too big for me already although ive only gone down one size really

TheHumancatapult · 26/11/2012 12:17

Just done something never thought I would , grabbed a shower ( that is not the thing never thougt do} shower put tshirt on and thought odd I don't wear round necks and it's my teens ds ok it's a large ( they are tall rather than wide) but its been washed /tumble dry loads and not only does it fit and not cling its even baggy on Grin am pleased considering used wear Xxl and xl . Guess I do need some new tops after all !!

JohnnyDeppsfuturewife · 26/11/2012 12:29

I've only gone down one size too, 16 to 14 but it has made such a difference. I usually buy quite tight fitted clothes anyway and now they're all quite roomy.

At the moment I'm buying size 12s and 14s from eBay, just from those brands whose sizing is consistent for me ie monsoon, white stuff and phase eight. I bought a lovely size 14 jumper from phase eight for only £5 and felt so attractive. Dh still not noticed weightloss, perhaps I'll have an affair! Wink

JohnnyDeppsfuturewife · 26/11/2012 12:36

human, cookie you have to buy a few new things, I find it easier to say no to naughty food if I'm wearing a size 14, and it just gives me a buzz to be thinner.

TheHumancatapult · 26/11/2012 12:45

I have gone down from a24 to a 16 on my bottom half can get 14 on ( brouhht one pair try every time loose 7lb but not Di them up yet and yup I gave I brought trousers and your right it does make md stick with it

I know chest wise I'm down from a 46 bra to a 36/38 but my tops are 22/24 what been wearing . I don't think tops will go down to much more due boobs but am going to buy a couple cheap ones this week I think .

ICBINEG · 26/11/2012 13:12

urgh. bad week...bad weekend....AF etc.

1 pound down only, to 11s 7lb. Still 31 lbs down and 28 lbs to go......

Well done everyone on heading the right way :)

TheHumancatapult · 26/11/2012 14:21

Ok back from shops and wearing a pair of size 14 skinny jeans from next ok cheated bit as they have not of stretch on them but even shop lady felt better fit than the 16 [ grin] oh and couple of size 18 tips to accommodate my boobs

TheHumancatapult · 26/11/2012 14:23

Bit instead of not Blush

ICBINEG · 26/11/2012 15:08
