We've nearly grown out of the last thread here so i started the new one.

We're all doing different things but we're all here to support each other on the journey. We kick each other when we need it and offer sympathy when that's more appropriate.

I'm sneaking back in, in the hope that I can get a huge kick up the backside and get back into this.
Weighed myself this morning and have slipped back up to 16 stone. I'm so disappointed and quite frankly pissed off with myself. I need help badly!

I might put a pic on of me last week in the Halloween costume that I made!

I don't know how to copy and paste on my phone either (sorry) but looking at my weight now, I have lost 19 lbs. Although I'm currently eating toffee popcorn Blush so might be less tomorrow!

You lot have all done so much better than me. I've only lost 7lbs so far, but I'm doing better this week, I've resisted temptation so far and AF arrived this afternoon so might find it easier to resist the chocolate this week than I did last week.

I'm putting a photo up right now but will take it down tomorrow.

I have eaten 3 snickers over the course of the day Blush. This is why i got so fat. Eating too many bars of chocolate a day.
Other than that i had 2 cereal bars this morning and a plate (too) full of spag bol for dinner.
And some yogurt for pudding.

Oh right, my 19 lbs is from Sept 1. So think I joined here a couple weeks ago, lost about 8lb (I have gone up and down since Sept but down for 3 weeks now).

I'm not feeling too good, not sure if it's crap food or I'm coming down with something. Ate 2 whole wheat (big) pieces of toast with butter and jam + 2 eggs today and that's it. Feel like packing it in sometimes and going for a McDonald's. I know it's not constructive and most of the time I feel very upbeat about the weight loss to date. Sometimes the slog just gets to me.

Any tips for yanking myself out of it before I raid the leftover Halloween candy? Sad

I'm getting like that with the exercise I'm lying here thinking need get my butt out of bed and go Di getting more and more of a effort not helped as seen ti have loads on at the moment and can't even do later after kids left for school

ANY weight loss is better than putting it on at the rate that we have. We have all made positive changes and are aware of what we are eating. Some of us have bad days/ weeks but the difference is we are losing. This is a LIFESTYLE change everyone.

I want everyone to try a 3 DAY CHALLENGE starting tomorrow. It is going to be very very hard over the weekend. But we are going to go through 3 days as hardcore as when the thread started. For some of us that will mean a bit of a come down and detox again. But the rush of endorphins you will get when you step on the scales on Monday morning will be fantastic.

Who is with me on the three day challange (starting tomorrow)..?
Don't leave me hanging guys.........

I'll go hardcore today /fri and Sunday though I don't think there be any excerscise on Sunday !!

A top tip I Di follow is to drink at least 2 litres if water a day

isthis it is hard but you have done so well, you must be seeing differences in clothes now and feeling fitter? I have bought some size 14 clothes on eBay, the first one arrived yesterday and I felt amazing in it until I spilt chilli down it

I have learnt that it is ok to throw food away. So you can throw away the Halloween candy so it doesn't tempt you. I recently threw away a whole cake that a friend brought round and until 6 weeks ago I would've eaten it all as when we grow up we're taught to eat everything.

Could you set yourself another target, if you go down again on Monday you go to McDonald's? By then you hopefully won't want to. Or you could google healthy burgers and make yourself one, they're quite quick to do.

I have had 4 or 5 days since sept where I ate crap but I always follow them with an extra good day.

Ha, **ed up within 10 mins of post! Making dd2s cereal for breakfast and realised I had just munched through half her bowl of dry shreddies. Have cut down on eating girls food/ leftovers but sometimes I don't even know I'm doing it.

I just want us to see a lovely difference this monday to make us feel a nit better in our clothes and hopfeully stop us all from feeling guilty every day for being bigger that we used to be...we are all very hard on ourselves!

What is this 3 day challenge? Is it lots of exercise or super limited calories or what?

i am away again this weekend so cant do this 3 day challenge i feel,
however i have been perfect calorie wise since getting home monday night so does that count!?
I will be eating out saturday night and sunday (again) , but will try (again ) to minimise my calories and promise to get straight back on it next monday!
Good luck to those of you going for it though

Don't worry if anyone cannot make the three day challenge - everyone is doing things how they need to !!

isthis - basically some of us have felt a little flat recently. So in order to crack down I want to kind of get a small group of us to be achieving our calories/ diet goals completely for three days, no slip ups. Whatever you have been doing to lose weight - but up the anti a little.
Just so we have a lovely outcome on Monday to up our spirits a little.

I want to get under 180lbs by monday and fit firmly within the 12 stones. If I fanny about for another week I will not achieve it.

Me too lady but I am going out later?!?!
I have learnt a painful lesson today - don't run out of yogurts. I had dates and orange juice for breakfast and a packet of apricots as a snack. Ow. I have wind. Sorry if TMI!!!!!!!!!
