Speed curry sauce is 2 tins mushy peas, 1 tin beans,1 tin chopped tomatoes, big onion, garlic and four heaped tbsps curry powder.
Cook the onion, add tins, powder & garlic & simmer on low for about half an hr then blitz.
I usually cook peppers, onions, chicken, onions, garlic etc and use that sauce, tis lush!!
Breakfast: peach & plum
Lunch: speed curry & rice with pineapple and mullerlight, followed by an apple.
Dinner: bacon chopped with onion, mushrooms, peppers, tinned tomatoes, tomato purée, on top of pasta with hea cheese:)
Have fruit there for later.
