Didn't have anything chocolately in the end because I have been invited out for a pub dinner tomorrow so thought I ought to save syns :)
Choc's five point plan (TM) check:

  2. not bought any food again today so no temptation
  3. had only 6 syns
  4. no shouting needed (good job too as I expect FHF is otherwise occupied this evening Wink)

I can still shout!!!!! Albeit drunkenly Irish, but shouting it is!!!!

Dinner was lLush, chicken breast with tomato sauce, Peppers n onions!! Salad. With house wine hic!!

No dessert, more vodka :)

Have had the runs all day, that'll be the senna capsules!
I hope no one went into the loo after me!!

Goin to see lady gaga tomorrow night!

Not long finished watching 'Tyranosaur', the first film written and directed by Paddy Considine. It's very bleak, gritty, shocking, and sad, but very good. Need cheering up now though!

me too kid, haven't had a look yet. I have the chicken marinating for the jerk chicken for the last mag, we were having it tonight, but I'm having a change of plan and doing a quick pasta with the left-over lasagne sauce instead (I had a big cooking session yesterday),

fecking snappy DH, though he has just put James Bond on so he should cheer up.

I had a pub curry, anyone know the syns? It wasn't creamy and I had plain rice and a mini naan with it. Am guessing maybe 20 syns for the meal at a guess.

I have no plans for what to eat today so it might go a bit awry for me today too. Not sure whether to try and run to the supermarket or wait til tomorrow. Yesterday I had cereal and milk, fruit and hifi, ham salad ff dressing and ff yogurt, more fruit and a pub curry with plain rice and a small naan bread. Going to count meal as 20 and hifi was 3 so I'm over my syns by 8! Eek! Going to have to be very restrained over the next 3 days to stick to 10 syns a day.

Choc's five point plan (TM) check:

  2. not been to the shops yet (cupboards beginning to show it)
  3. had 23 syns Blush
  4. probably a good job FHF is hung over not wanting to shout this morning :o

I had a night out at a family party last night, it was a last minute thing so not planned well. I didn't drink which wasn't through choice, I volunteered to be the sober driver. I did snack at the buffet but didn't over indulge.

I am still hurting from the gym on Thursday. Why oh why is going to the gym a good idea?! I do have a class booked for Monday (which I doubt I can make due to virgin media coming round between 4-7), Tuesday and Thursday. I am going on Tuesday and Thursday even if I am still hurting. I feel that even if I am not following SW 100%, the exercise will undo some of the damage.

Hope you all have a lovely day. I've got inlaws coming round for dinner and so much housework/washing/ironing to do. I could do without the visit as I thought I deserved at least 1 day of rest after such a hectic week at work and a busy day yesterday. Maybe I'll get a rest next weekend instead?

Hope you're all having a good weekend! I made syn free lasagne last night with the natural yoghurt/egg white sauce, has anyone tried anything that works? It was ok but a bit bland.

Started today well with BLT on hobbit toast, and strawberries with ff yogurt. Mid-afternoon on Sunday always a problem for me though, I get the snacking urge.

Had a wobble today, haven't gone over my 10 syns but was really needing to stay below 7 to make up the deficit from last night's curry :( I had 9 syns so am not too annoyed, will have to only have 6 tomorrow and Tues to redress the balance before WI.

AFE I think there is a lasagne with quark and beaten egg which works ok. It's in one of the magazines and I couldn't be bothered to find it yesterday, so I have done my lasagne layered with just the ragu and topped with quark. Will let you know how it is.

After the week I've had it's yet another star week, which means I now can't have my tests on Tuesday to get the bloody implant out anyway

many things are a bit "trying" ATM

had a day out with Dsis today. Most of you know how that mostly makes me feel. It wasn't too bad, but

off to bed now as expecting a bad night with DS3. and it's our v. early morning where we are so far ahead we are always late for school tomorrow.

I've had a bad weekend too. Friday was Ok and Saturday day time. It all went horribly wrong on Saturday night and I drank far too much. Sunday I went for a big greasy fry up nom nom.

Back on the straight and narrow today. I will have a run as well to try and burn some cals.

I haven't done a lasagne yet gettintrimmer. I do a fish pie with fat free fromage frais and nat yoghurt which is quite nice. Lots of fresh herbs tend to help these things along!

Food:
B: alpen light and fruit
L: tuna pasta salad, fruit
D: fish pie or stirfry. Cant decide

I'm back!!!!!

Shan't confess syns but rest assured I am back on plan today again :)

Breakfast was banana and peach chopped up
Lunch was ham salad followed by more fruit
Dinner was spag Bol heaped with veg.

Drinks: water diet coke and coffee

Hea milk

No heB yet today

Hope all the sick notes are feeling a bit better, hope Ria is in a better place.

Is it wrong for me to be planning our next weekend away already??

Very quick food diary post:
B cereal and milk (A&B) and apple
Snack/lunch: baby bel (3syns) hifi bar (3syns) apple
Dinner: jacket pot tiny amount of spread (2syns?) prawns in extra light mayo (1tbsp - 1 or 2 syns, can't remember)
Haven't stuck to that resolution of only 7 syns but have stayed below 10

the jerk chicken and rice and peas was nice, as were the veggie skewers, but I don't think I'll make mango salsa again. The kids weren't keen thoughHmm

Today is attempt #2 at getting DS1 his booster vaccinnation. We have numbing cream (and I will be lacing his tea with rescue remedy), plus he wants pizza and dinosaurs for tea!!! (it's what one of DS3's friends says he has every day, DS1 thinks it's funny). WIsh me luck...

Last night, I was reading this thread,.looking at all the lovely food diaries, nodding and thinking "what lovely food, I must try that". Whilst drinking cider and eating jelly babies Confused Seems I'm very good at talking the talk. Grr. Really wanna lose those 3lbs and get back down to target, but can't seem to get in the right mindset.

Haha slinky I've been doing that do the past few weeks, hence it taking me 5 weeks to lose a total of 2.5 lb :( I'm determined to get to my target tonight simply so it doesn't cost me any more!
