How has everyone's days been. Had another busy one at work but managed to squeeze in a run. It's day of doom tomorrow so I'll be expecting a very full inbox tomorrow Grin. I won't publish it till late as driving back to Mums in the evening.

I'm okay fairhaired, just totally exhausted at home and work. I'm used to feeling tired, but this is different. My body actually aches as well as my eyelids. I had an extra hour in bed last night and I'll head off to bed shortly. I'm hoping I can regain some energy and get my workload under control. Hopefully by friday it'll all be sorted.

I had a very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's just that bit between dinner and bedtime that I'm finding difficult. I think that's a tough time for a lot of people.

Morning, sorry not been around much past few weeks, i have a feeling I will need a good talking to later when I WI.

Have been on the 'oh yes lets loose loads of weight then sabatage oneself' diet for the past week, need to get my mindset back, even if by some miracle i do loose tonight its not from following SW it will be pure luck.

Have decided to set my target at 2 stone, at last week WI my total loss was 1st 9lbs and i have been dancing around this figure for weeks now.

Somebody give me a virtual slap and a good talking to pleeeeeeease.

TDT will pm you after 8pm with my WI result if thats ok

Can I join in? I've been lurking for a while and wondered if it was ok to. I've been a SW-er since some time in 2008, left for a year, maintained in that time, and rejoined a little while ago to finish off what I started (a mammoth 9-10stone task!). Only thing is, my WI isn't until Wednesday nights, 7-730. Is that ok?

Listening?????? Goals, targets, realistic chunks that you can reach each week are what you need to aim for. Do you want to be lining the consultants pocket with five pound notes every week? Wink

Focus: what do you want more? The really creamy, fat laden bun or that friggin amazing feeling you get when you step on the scales and get that loss you worked do hard for? Grin

I don't get weighed til tomorrow night but plan going well I think!!

I sent PM with my results. I was going to skip WI this week as I wasn't very hopeful but it wasn't as bad as I thought so I decided to be honest.

Anyway, I have just had one of those kelloggs chocolate squares. I knew I should have bought any but they were on special offer Grin I figure that the quicker I eat them, there will be none left to tempt me. I haven't had any other syns today so surely they can't be worse than 15 syns? Actually I think they are much higher than 15 syns judging by how chocolately they taste.

Another difficult day at work today, but I think I'll save that post for another place.

I can live with 8 syns, but won't make a habit of eating them and will also make sure I never, ever have more than 1 in a day!

FHF keep shouting at me please.

Step one going to fill in the online diary from tomorrow
Step two not buying twix's anymore no matter how cheap they get in the supermarket.
Step three will stick to 10 syns a day without cheating
Step four will ask FHF to yell at me when I slip again
Step five I will loose weight next week and not just a piddling half a pound!

Feel free to slap me if I fail

Right, I think I've decided to make my target 10.2 after all - I seem to be very able to stick around that mark! (despite trying to lose that last 2lb for the past 3 weeks, it hasn't shifted :() also if I get to 10st but then bounce back to 10.2 I'm pushing the top end of my allowed fluctuation. Think I'm happy with that but feel I've failed a bit at reaching my 10st target Confused

Hi all, I didn't wi today, have felt awful with the mumps. Looked like a cross between a hamster and a pelican. Couldn't eat for a couple of days but then went way off plan Sad

I am all better now and really need some focus.

chocolate I like your resolve.

TDT will wi next week, I am missing class this evening as apparently I am still contageous until 9 days after the lumps appeared.

Welcome along AFE! Smile I also was a bit Confused at lurking on our sometimes less-than-inspiring thread!

choc I'm loving your 5-point plan. Apart from the 'piddling' half a pound bit; don't forget, down is down is down (and is better than staying-the-same or gaining!).

I have made a ham salad wrap for tomorrow's lunch, will have Weetabix and banana for breakfast, and plenty of fruit/ff yogurt to snack on. Gonna have fishcakes and stir-fry for dinner, then head to zumba. Not been for months so will be interesting trying to remember some of the moves.

Anyone watch Game of Thrones? I'm about to watch Season 1 Episode 1 with DH (eek, still feels weird typing the 'H' bit!) Grin

slim hope you had a nice lunch out with ds. Don't feel disappointed in re-setting your target weight; you've done amazingly well, and I expect your body has just decided that you are where you should be. My original target was 10st 7lbs, but re-adjusted it to 11st as was trying really hard but could 'only' get to 10st 13lbs. I'm still a little annoyed I was only 2lbs away from my 2 stone 'award' though !

I have decided what I'll do - for the rest of this week (til Tues eve WI) I promise that I shall do my best to stick to Choc's 5-point plan (TM) and if I don't lose any weight I'll reset my target to 10.2. If I lose anything at all (even a measly 1/2lb) I'll keep trying to get to 10st. OK? You're all my witnesses. Will be writing food down here to be accountable.
