Did you do the level 1 once a day or more? When did you know to move to the next level? And how much do you do to maintain it? Is it as terrifying as it sounds?

I've two more days of level 2 to do, and cannot wait to be onto level 3. Squat thrusts are the work of the devil himself, and JM is a cow for making me do them! div22c it is hard work, but it does get easier. And it's only 10 days (as I keep telling myself).

I've added in 6w6p from this week, which is brutal, but seems to be having some effect - since starting 30DS I've lost 2 inches off my waist and the same from my hips! Hurrah!

I'll probably take a rest day on Sunday as I have a half marathon, so will complete on 1 August. Am not weighing myself before then.

Well done to all those who are carrying on with it!

Did day 1 of L2 today...oh my god, I thought I was going to die (but in a good way), and surprisingly I am alot less sore than I was when I started L1. Swatchdog, what's 6w6p?

Ignore me swatchdog, just googled 6w6p. Maryz, go for it, I haven't done any exercising for almost a year and am not particularly fit. I have (finally) managed to do 10 days of level 1, and just starting on level 2.

Swatchdog - just wait until you try JM's "Ripped in 30": plank jacks and mountain climbers in the SAME cardio circuit ShockShockShock and then squat thrusts in the next one Angry. She is a BITCH!! but very effective

That was Level 2 on "Ripped in 30" - I'm now on holiday and the DVD somehow failed to make it into the suitcase so I've still to progress on to Levels 3 and 4. Wink HEEEEELP!!!!!

Swatchdog · 19/07/2012 22:39

Oh, bum! I have Ripped in 30 to do after I've shredded. Plank jacks I can manage, but squat thrusts and mountain climbers make me hurl!

I've been doing circuit classes for years, and run and spin regularly but this has really taxed me and changed my body in an astounding way in just three weeks. I am such a convert! £20 for some weights, £10 for a mat and £30 on two boxed sets of DVDs has kicked my £50 per month gym membership fully up the bum! May well cancel it and just train at home!

Swatchdog, that sounds amazing. Sounds like you're doing so so well. I'm a little bit envious! Wink

Can I just ask a silly question. I did day 1 of level 1 last Saturday and actually felt ok afterwards. But the next day and for a few days I felt really unwell. Like a bad cold or flu. And I also ached - alot. I'm guessing the aching was from my not very good attempt at press ups, but is it possible that doing the session was what made me feel unwell?

I'm hoping to start again this weekend, so should I count that as day 2, or should I just start again and think of it as Day 1?

Many Thanks in advance. :)
