Ooh sazz you're back with a vengeance putting me to shame !!!

Didn't quite manage to low carb over the weekend, better than usual but still a bit shit and was consequently +4 yesterday Blush down to +1.5 today which is progress so let's see what a few days of being properly good can do...

Fjorn - apologies for my dull posting of daily weights, but i find if i know i am reporting in here then it helps keep me on the straight and narrow.

DH is away this week, so it makes it easier for me as i simply don't have bread around and cook the girls tea early when i am not tempted.

I may be going out for lunch later with another school mum whose DC are all now packed off, so that might be a test......

Well done on your reduced bloatage today - 4 good days and you'll be grand Smile

Glad you are feeling more positive loti, the run of ill health you guys have had would have had me drowning in gin and crisps so well done for your restraint!

I am down a bit more today, can't actually remember how much as was too early but either 0.75 or 1lb At work today so easier to resist temptation...

I seem to have finally got my low carb vibe on and lost nearly 3lb yesterday! Am 12 10.5 so still a very long way to go...16.5lb up on my low, 8 weeks till Birmingham!

Bit hacked off if I'm honest and remembering that low carb doesn't seem to be the magic for me that it is for some. Going to try and have a good weekend and then concentrate on diet and exercise next week, probably back to using ff.

Well done on the evens sizz, that is a very impressive 5.5 in the last week or so so you should be proud of that Smile

Well I had an interesting weigh in this am. Got up went on scales 0.25 down. About half an hour later went for shower and big weeBlush and thought oh I will have a sneaky look again +1.5lbs!!!! So needless to say I am taking the -0.25!!! So officially down 2.75 Smile

Just another 0.25lb off this morning but down 2 altogether on last Friday. Just got to keep it up over the weekend...

Lol siz apparently the best way to do it is fast until lunch, have a 250cal lunch and same for dinner. You always have pretty low cal but filling meals tho!!!
