+1.5 on the week to 12 7.5

Am going to take it as a warning and NOT stuff my cake hole with cake this weekend, see if I can avoid another +7 on Monday and maybe lose some next week...

Sazz sorry to hear you are in a similar boat, even more surprising for you as you've been pretty good.

I am also +2 but only had one glass of wine and a small salad for tea wtfHmm been to gym this am and so unmotivated as feel v unfit. Did make myself with hard tho. Thinking I may need to start fasting Hmm

I had yoghurt for breakfast prawn noodle salad, nectarine and grapes for lunch and mushroom omelette for tea. 2 G&St 's and a bag of mini cheddars as a treat but within 1200.

Grr for you girls too Sad but well done for gym LOTI. I don't think fasting is the answer tbh and I'm not sure it worked for you before?

I'm currently on the treadmill - will manage 4k walk/run before Pilates. Also v unfit but I DO feel slimmer so trying to focus on that.

Friends over for dinner so will have 24 hrs off calorie counting but try not to go too mad.

0.5 down but felt it should be more as had a busy day no alcohol and not much to eat grrr... Need a new plan ladies!

I trialled the eat and drink all diet yesterday evening Grin

We actually had pretty healthy vege food so may not have been too bad other than the crisps

LOTI - what has worked in the past? I know for me that low carb and fasting don't, although cabbage soup seems to, as does ff with exercise

Not sure lol tried it all! Know I need to drink more water but other than eating naff all nothing really, and that's not working either! Need to do some research and look back on old thread and see if I can see a pattern!

I was really pretty good yesterday with food, no alcohol and a 3 mobile walk so a bit peed off tbh. Hey ho, hope you ladies have fared better.

I looked through the whole thread yesterday and looks like I did alot more exercise. I am still mon-fri walking a minimum of 4 miles a day and gym every sat but its not making a difference this time around Hmm

I did more too LOTI but ate the extra cals if that makes sense. I have done 4 lots of exersazz this week and only had one evening 'off' so grates a bit.

Hey guys, sorry been awol again, thankfully wasn't lying face down in a pile of cake...

Down to 12 9 this morning if I wobble carefully on the scales which is +1.5 on Friday. Didn't quite manage a +7 yesterday Grin Would really like to get to 12 5 by Friday which would get me back on the overall -1 per week trend. Fasting today then just need to lay off the biscuits tomorrow when not fasting.

Gutted for you two, don't know what to suggest, you are both working really hard it's not fair not to get the results just keep going a few more days and maybe you'll have a miraculous loss? Or maybe we all need to concentrate on inches and wobble rather than weight? My zero exercise for two years has left me ravaged Blush

You are right re concentrating on inches/wobbliness. I do feel better for doing exercise after a lazy summer.

No run as had an emergency school run pickup to help a friend, although the weather turned grim so I'm not too upset!
Came home and did level one shred with weights - go me!!

School striking today Hmm I have one at school and one at home so day not going brilliant. Have managed about 3.5 miles walking hoping another one with to-ing and fro-ing later!

Gah, only managed to eat 1000 cals today (and that's not taking into account the double shred calories). What to do - do I eat when I am not hungry or not? I can't believe i'm not actually hungry but can't really eat when I don't feel like it Confused
